Bad barber shop they always slack off never focused in cutting hair and they have horrible communication I asked for a low taper with photos and they gave me a totally opposite cut with a crooked hairline by “Steven the owner” DO NOT RECOMMEND “

Great barbers and businessmen. I have my regular barber, but if I walk in and he is not there, one of the other guys is always ready to give me a cut.

Ive been getting my hair cuts at this barbershop for about 7 years. Steven and crew are the finest barbers in town. Never a dull moment.

Today I stopped by this barbershop for the first (and last) time and didn’t even get a haircut. I tried getting service with Steven because he's the owner. Even though he’s the owner, he decided his plate of food was more important than helping me after he knew I waited in the shop for well over an hour so he could finish with 2 other customers. Clearly he did not care about my time because I’m not a regular, but I’m not surprised. Not coming back. Edit to reply to the response: there was no language barrier? I spoke to Steven in Spanish, which is the main language spoken at this shop.

Steven did notified you in advanced that he had 2 more customers and then he was going to eat his food. I was in need of an emergency cut my regular barber was un available came to this shop at 4pm my first time possible change in barber if the cut was good enough I sit the guy tells me we are closed I have something to do today Meanwhile the shop says to close at 5pm and I’m the only one waiting Horrible experience ! NEVER comming back do not recommend

We are sorry that this happened to you, most of the time we have family reunions and that's why we close at 4pm on Sundays to serve the clients that are already inside. But we hope you can back again and give you the best service, you can also call in advanced to secure your spot if you decide to go one hour before closing time. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

They take walk in but they cater to those who make appointments. They will see you waiting and wait for their appointment rather than take you until 20 minutes after their appointments don't show. But they cut real good

I was a client of José’s at this barbershop since 2010. It’s unfortunate I have to leave a negative review but the unprofessional I experienced today was terrible. Waited for an hour only for José to take two people ahead of me who arrived after I did. Neither of them made a reservation. You don’t treat loyal clients that way. I have to take my money elsewhere now.
