I had a great experience at Tribeca Barber and Beauty School. The instructors are very professional, patient, and truly care about their students’ success. The hands-on training helped me build confidence in cutting, fading, and customer service. The environment is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to become a skilled barber.

Attending this barbering school was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the environment was supportive, and focused on real hands-on training. I want to give a special thank you to Sylvia for creating a space that prepares students for success. A huge thank you as well to Mr. G — he passed along real gems when it comes to haircutting techniques. The small details, the fundamentals, the precision — those lessons made a difference for my exam. I graduated, took my state exam, passed, and I’m now officially licensed — and I genuinely credit this school for properly preparing me. If you’re looking for a program that offers strong hands-on training and truly prepares you to pass your state board exam, I highly recommend this school.

Training Center for Barbers ! Price us extremely reasonable ( as low as $7). You can request a trainer if you wish.. for a little more money . I've had both, and all do a good job, and they all have no issue on How you want your hair cut. ( you rarely have to wait, and that also is a plus! ) Street meter parking, or you can park at Rego Center,2 blocks away for $2 -$3

This is one of the best schools out here. I learned a lot and had fun. Those 4 months flew by super fast. Sam and Greg are one of the best teachers. They treat me like family. They are great people. I would 100 percent recommend to come and give the school a shot

Tribeca barber school was a great experience and a huge first step in my barbering journey. The teachers are very hands on and helpful and will give you all the necessary advice and guidance to help you succeed. Tribecca Beauty School is one of the best in New York City. I’ve started in 2022 and I had to take a 1 year off due to health issues, they accommodate more than I could ever imagine. The teachers are excellent, the pricing and payment plan is incredible. They have the most knowledgeable, understanding and patient teachers that I have ever encountered. The way how they get you tea/prepared for State Board is remarkable. I have no hesitation in recommending them, believe me they are the absolute best

Tribeca Barber and Beauty School is the best cosmetology school in NYC. I ended up at Tribeca after a very bad experience with Empire Beauty School. It has been the best experience at Tribeca. Ms. V or Ms. Vargas is the most patient, knowledgeable, talented hairstylist in the industry! Ms. V is a treasure in this world! Sylvia has been the best there as well! I love her dearly. Sylvia is understanding, kind, and extremely supportive in making sure we all graduate. I will never forget her and I know i can come to Sylvia forever for advice, job placement, practice and even just to chat about life! Ms. Sandra, Ms. Gladys are also amazing Hairstylists and teachers that are always willing to help and teach us anything. The director Robert is also great! The environment and the hands on training is the best part of it! When you graduate you are ready for state board and ready to work in a salon! If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and just do it! Tribeca is flexible, caring, and will work with any issues you are having! Tribeca has been a huge blessing in my life! I would have not graduated without the support of Ms. Vargas and Sylvia!!!

Amazing service from start to finish! All staff were very knowledgeable and considerate to my hair needs. They took their time to assure I receive what I wanted. I shared a photo and my hair looks lovely! Thanks do much Julissa and Sandra - I appreciate you all so much. I will come back for sure!
