I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I left my longtime barber in the Bronx because of the distance, and decided to give Factory Barbershop a try. Choosing Santiago, the owner, was absolutely the right move. Santiago is a true professional who runs an excellent business. The other barbers — Franklin, Jairito, Pedro, Gustavo, and Josue — are great as well. Every person I’ve seen walk out of that shop leaves with a sharp, clean haircut. Santiago is a perfectionist in the best way. He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure you leave looking your best. The shop itself is extremely well run — clean, tidy, and welcoming. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Santiago also cuts my 4‑year‑old son’s hair, and he does an amazing job with him too. My son moves a lot, but Santiago is incredibly patient and understanding, and still gives him a great haircut every time. I recommend this barbershop to anyone who values a quality haircut. Don’t think twice — Santiago is the guy. My cuts keep getting better and better, and I’m genuinely glad I made the switch. I truly appreciate the great customer service Santiago provides! Factory Barbershop is the best shop in Port Chester and all of Westchester County, period.

Great barbershop! Pedro was amazing! Patient, Careful, Friendly, Attention to Detail, All around Awesome Haircut! Went to some other barbers near by and he was WAY BETTER!!! Best haircut I’ve had in a while. Will see him soon! Gracias Pedro!

Best barbershop in town ! Love how they now have the squire app to make appts, and my barber Pedro is super attentive each time. Everyone is super friendly, polite, and welcoming. Nice, bright, and super clean environment. They always have some nice music playing. Every barber there focuses and stays on point. When finished they make sure you’re happy and satisfied, as well as offering you a free drink on your way out. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks guys !

Santiago is great with my 8 year old son. He really does an amazing job with his hair. My son is very particular for an 8 year old, especially with his hair. He likes a skin fade with a little on top and Santiago exceeds his and my expectations every time. He is patient and really does a fantastic job. Franklin does my 5 year olds hair and has done an amazing job making him feel comfortable. He will entertain his silliness while making sure his hair is exactly how I want it. Franklin does a nice job giving him a skin fade on the side while keeping the top longer. We are both very happy that we found Factory Barber.

The service was amazing, and the vibe in the shop was just great. The barbers really know what they’re doing and always come through. I’m super picky when it comes to my sons’ hair, but Santiago always goes above and beyond. He’s not just professional he really knows his stuff and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
