Ask for Veronica. Always remembers exact way you want it cut . Friendly and takes time to make sure it perfect . For years trying to find a barber you can go anytime and they remember the cut you want . Highly recommended

Asked for a MID FADE! Got a high fade instead. Asked to absolutely not touch the top. Ran the clippers all around the top leaving me with a short patch of hair on the top. Find a professional barber don’t waste your time.

Brought my son in at age four for his first barbers haircut. He was terrified. Their wonderful staff helped him overcome his fear and through the tears he came out looking more dashing than could be. Would absolutely recommend all friends and family to this barber shop.

As someone who has been coming to you guys for a while now; I have been trying to get Haircuts after I get off work (5:30) when I come by you guys at 5:35 you still have the neon Open sign but no one is there and the door is locked; I get very fast haircuts should only take 15min tops. Please update your working hours because 1/3 times I come, you guys are closed prior to closing time and its frustrating to find that out as I'm right at your door

Mike was recommended to us by one of his long-time clients. My son has never been good about haircuts and tends to wiggle and flinch. We have had a hard time finding someone who is patient and willing to work mainly with scissors. Mike is an absolute pro! We have never had a better experience for my son's haircut!

New City Barber Shop is a terrific place to get an artful cut in a friendly atmosphere. Mike is always there to greet with a smile. The entire staff is well equipped with the tools of the trade; shears, clippers, straight razors and more. I've always been incredibly satisfied with every cut and the value can't be beat (especially in New City). Without reservation - run to this shop for you hair cuts, beard trims and shaves. A+ (and then some).

I am very satisfied with New City Barber Shop, never had a problem. I have been using Aaron for some time now. He knows his business. It must be their competition that are writing these false reviews, and they should be ashamed of themselves (remember, what goes around, comes around). They do excellent work and all are fine gentlemen.
