Absolute love Q’lex the serví e si top tier from start to finish my hair always comes out flawless perfectly styled and the color is always perfect and healthy and exactly what I asked for. The team really listens and pays attention to detail I also get my nails here and they are always beautiful done the place is always clean and relaxing they also offer coffee and tea and wine.

Q Lex truly saved my hair from the damage caused by a previous salon. After months of keratin treatments and a poorly done highlight job, my hair was left brittle, dehydrated, and breaking. From my very first visit, Alexa was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to listen as I explained the state of my hair, then carefully assessed it before recommending the right treatment. She also educated me on healthier alternatives, which I really appreciated. At first, I only came in for a haircut — and even that alone brought back flexibility and life to my hair. On my most recent visit, I tried the amino acid treatment, and all I can say is WOW! My hair has never felt this silky, shiny, and healthy before. Keratin always left my hair greasy and heavy, and at my old salon it was applied incorrectly — I was going every two months, which only added more damage to the point where I couldn’t even brush my hair. The highlights had completely stripped away moisture. But after this treatment, my hair feels renewed. I’m honestly sad I only found this place right before moving out of state, but every time I visit NYC I’ll be back. couldn’t be happier with my color and blowout! Alexa is truly amazing—she listened carefully and delivered exactly what I wanted with my color. She also recommended a treatment that I’m excited to come back and try. On top of that, she’s incredibly sweet and welcoming. The entire staff is fantastic as well; they’re very friendly and even offered me something to drink while I waited. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend them!

great service, the price also was great! owner was very nice, she also gave me a lot of advice for my hair and she talked me through every detail about the haircut. i will definitely be returning and i highly recommend the salon. the hair wash also felt very nice!

My sister recommended Alexa, and it was the greatest experience. The staff are were sweet and attentive. So happy with my new look. I showed her inspirational pictures and made suggestions on what for me well. I went back and took my daughters for their quick trim and style. She was so patient with the kids. Will definitely be coming back.

BEST hair salon I’ve been to!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Alexa is so talented and so good at what she does. She is also so attentive to what you want and delivers best results. I first came to get a haircut and I was so happy with the way it came out, I came back to get my hair dyed. I’ve never left a salon feeling so good about my haircut before. My hair was so damaged from a different salon and alexa was so mindful of that and gave me the beautiful color I wanted while also fixing the damaged ends of my hair that someone else messed up. Many other salons will damage your hair and take your money but that is not the case here! I am so happy with the way my hair came out, it was exactly what I wanted and I feel so much more confident. It also looks so healthy and smooth. I am always coming back here for future appointments!

Alexa is AMAZING! She's been doing hair for so long and is a total pro, her team makes you feel so welcome as soon as you sit down in her chair. I've been getting my hair dyed here for the last 3 or 4 years and every time, she nails the color and it LASTS! Highly recommend Q'Lex's services ♥️
