I’ve been going to the Camp Ave Barbershop in Merrick, NY for well over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I have never waited over 10 minutes for a cut, and the service is very professional and extremely personable. I would highly recommend this location to everyone I know.

I moved to Merrick into 2021 and after having discovered Camp Avenue barber shop, it made the challenge of finding a new local barber quick and easy. Ruben, the main barber, stands out positively because of his tremendous skill, professionalism, and dedication to the customers. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I always leave feeling like my haircut was money well spent. For anyone in the Bellmore/Merrick/Wantagh area - HIGHLY recommended

It’s always a pleasant experience coming to Camp Avenue Barbershop. Ruben and Julia are both friendly and courteous, and they give excellent haircuts. They remember you as well even if you only get your hair cut once every few months, making you feel like a valued customer.

I come here with my little brother and we both get taken care of.. Ruben, SAM and gulia take care of us. They have a cool Batmobile chair for little kids, Ruben knows how to deal with children very good with my brother and other kids that come in. And very affordable, and clean.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 years, first for myself, then with my son. Ruben is fantastic - my son and I always receive grade A service. The barber shop is clean, comfortable and generally quick. I’ve never had issues with any of the haircuts. It’s a pleasure - I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Ruben for haircuts at Camp Avenue Barbership for years now. He gives excellent haircuts at a good price. I always go to him whenever I need to look my best and he and his staff always give me a great fade. He has even stayed late for me on nights that I cannot get to his shop during the daytime. He is a great barber.
