The best barbershop I’ve ever been too. All the barbers are very professional and just good vibes in the shop. Anytime I go to get a haircut it ale comes out clean‼️‼️🔥🔥

When the pandemic hit, I couldn’t get a cut for about 3 months. I lost touch with my barber at the time. I was desperately in need of a haircut and found out that this shop was reopening after the initial quarantine. At the time, I had an Usher-like mohawk. Not everyone can do that style. But Khaliq did the cut better than my other barber did it. I was sold. Since then, he’s given me a low fade, hightop fade, shape-ups, enhancements, you name it. And everything is by appointment which I love because I don’t have to spend half my day in the barber shop like back in the day. And while there, I enjoy the chill vibe that permeates the shop. From the wall art to the music, to the clean floors and bathroom, to the people that work and come there, to the actual cut, Khaliq’s shop embodies one word: Excellence!

I've been a customer at A Faded Story for over 3 years. The service and quality never disappoint. Kha gets me in and out with the freshest cut in less than 30 minutes! I feel like a superhero after every appointment lol. I recommend this shop to anyone in the Queens/LI area who needs reliable, skilled, and punctual barbers to take care of their grooming needs. I've been coming here for years, and I can't recommend it enough. The staff here are not only skilled at their craft but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. My son started coming to A Faded Story Barbershop 2 years ago. The main reason I fell in love with the place was the excellent customer service. They had that warm and friendly feeling even in a male dominating setting. Khaliq the owner and my sons barbers is excellent and very accommodating. Trust me that's no easy task as when it comes to my son and his hair. I want only perfection! They cater to all ages, all types of hair, and they really do an amazing job! I also like the fact that they have women barbers as well. Great place, location, and professionalism at it finest. I highly recommend them.
