Great fairly priced barber shop. I’ve been coming here since a kid when it was at the Pergaments across the street. The barber I see is Nick and he’s does a thorough good job and I’m generally in and out.

I'm not going to mention my favorite barber there because I don't want to wait even longer for him. When the female owner is there it's a nice place. Could use a little update though

I was directed to Pat's over 6 years ago, when I moved to long island. I live in Commack, and don't mine the ride to Levittown. Pat's just celebrated 50 years. It's a Family Business. There are many Barbers, who are all good. They are all professional, and care for you from the time you enter, and leave. Prices are phenomenally LOW. The service is HIGH. I highly recommend Pat's Barber Shop.

First I went to another place nearby. Not my favorite, but I’ve been there once or twice before because they’re the only local barber I know of who doesn’t charge $20 for a child’s haircut. The place was nearly empty in the middle if a Sunday afternoon. After being skipped, ignored twice and holding out for the only half way decent barber in there, another dissatisfied mother on her way out asked if I’d ever heard of Pat’s Barber Shop. Since it was only a little farther up the road once I googled it, I packed up my five year old son and got back in the car. Pat’s is just off the main road in a small strip mall, and from the moment we walked in, I felt better about the place. It was very busy but the gentleman who acknowledged me as soon as we opened the door assured me it was only a few minutes wait. In less than ten, my son was in a chair with a sweet older gentleman (David) whom I warned that my kid is very wiggly. He was quick, did a great job, absolutely did NOT nick him anywhere (unlike the other place had in the past), styled it just like the pic I showed him, and never once did his smile leave his face, even tho my kid was shifting a scratching. My son was very happy with the cut, and the atmosphere, and said he definitely likes Pat’s shop “WAY BETTER MOM!” I would highly recommend this place for a boy’s cut. Kids of all ages were in there. The cut was only two dollars more ($12 total) but the kindness and workmanship - priceless! Will absolutely be going back again. Next time I know my picky son won’t dread going for a haircut!
