Hit and miss with the barbers. Some don’t even know how to blend it in and rush haircuts

They say walk-ins welcome, and then treat you like crap for just walking in. Twice now, I've gone in and asked if anyone else was waiting. The first time, all three barbers just stood mutely. I waited an hour and then just left when they took someone else ahead of me. The second time, I walk in, ask loudly if anyone is waiting. Again, they just ignore me, but one of them nods towards the empty bench. I sat and waited thirty minutes before leaving. The barbers are rude and absurdly slow, more interested in socializing and watching TV than helping customers. I do not recommend.

Please go to big Al as a barber does a 10/10 job ! He’s a modern hip barber that can do it all.

My favorite barbershop in New York. Shoutout to my boi, Teo. He always gets me right with the haircut that fits my style and makes me get compliments at work.

My son waited for 3 hours and was told that he was the third person. The barber told him that he would be available for him at 9pm and when he was done with the last cut and my son got up to go in his chair he took someone else and told us that that person had an appointment at 9pm although they make clear that no appointment is needed. When I asked the barber (closest to the window) they he took the guy instead of my son he completely ignored me as if my time meant nothing and spoke Spanish amongst the other barbers. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are appreciated.

I normally call before I take my son. I was told that I can walk in that no appointment is required. I went in today 2-25-22 I waited for the 3 person to finish and my son was the fourth. When I asked why are they taking customers who just walked in. We waited almost one and a half hour. I was told that this person has appointment . I mentioned that I called and was told to walk in and just wait for my turn. Above all, when I am walking out I asked to see a supervisor. Was told there is none. A few of the barbers started to giggle and laughed at me. It reflects who they are. What manners & respect they have brought up with in their home, Also the business policy of tolerating this. We don’t need this type of redundancy in this neighborhood. . The time spent giggling at me, they should learn some English. This is redundant, scammers and disrespectful business practices.

Great barbershop with top notch service. It’s my go to spot for my beard shape ups. Love it!
