My son had a horrible haircut there last week. I asked to trim his longer hair with a scissor, the barber(older gentleman)clearly have ZERO experience using a scissor before and chopped up his hair like a practice doll. I regret even leaving him a tip that's how bad it was. I didn't make a scene on the spot because I don't want my son to feel bad about his hair. To the owner, please tell your employees to refuses service if he doesn't know how to do a certain cut.

A barbershop in its own league. With numerous options in the area, I find myself returning to Exclusive for their skill and customer service. Traditionally, a single barber usually upholds the reputation of a barbershop but here they are all equally exceptional and I trust them to deliver. A massive thank you to Tomas who always ensures that I’m paired with a barber. Thank you sir!

This is a great barbershop. The shop has a great environment, the vibes are awesome and the barbers are all very professional.. The owner, Tomas, is the barber who cuts my hair but Luis and Manuel are also nice with the clippers and blades.

Tomas is a true professional. I get a skin fade and he always takes his time and makes sure it’s perfect. Barbershop is always clean and everyone is very friendly. Best thing is price is very reasonable compared to other barber shops I’ve been to

My experience in this barbershop was very unpleasant. Even though the main language in the store is spanish I was still trying to be patient and calm. The guy who cut my hair was more interested in argue with his colleague about a religious issue than finish my haircut. A service that was supposed to take 10 min lasted 25 due to his lack of professionalism. Lastly, when I asked the price he seemed to have raised the price right at that moment for me. Awful experience.

I've been attending this barbershop for over four years. All the barbers are excellent. The conversations between all of them is hilarious, too (providing you know Spanish). It's a pretty popular place, so the best time to go is the middle of the week, in the early afternoon, to avoid long waits.
