One of the barbers messed my haircut up. I tried to correct him when he did something wrong but he kept messing up my hair. Don’t go to this barber shop!

I’m very sorry that this happened but the other many times that Ricardo has cut your hair well just like today you never left a good review apparently today you changed style and you didn’t like the cut and you say that they give you hair and the same barber always cuts you but l’m very sorry the you didn’t like you haircut today thank you

These guys are professional of what they do,great service great price. I'm a big believer that NY has really good barbershop s around the area, but nothing like this location.

Set up an appointment for my son & self over the weekend. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the shop. They took care of us immediately & treated us like family. I appreciate it when barbers respect their appointment times and Randy makes sure to keep his word. The fades were clean with precisely cut shape-ups, they even trimmed hair around the nose. I will be a regular at this shop.

This barbershop consists of great customer service every single barber has their own style of meeting the customer’s demands, the professionalism in their craft is absolutely outstanding my son feels comfortable getting his haircuts here and his not even 3ys !!10/10

None of the employees speak when you come in. This has happened several times I’ve came. When friends come in they all speak to those customers and are happy and talkative. I feel some type of a way because i spend my money with a great tip ! The least you could do is say hello when EVERYONE walks through the door. Poor communication but the establishment is clean, very clean. The haircuts are decent so i continue to go until i find somewhere else to go that respects me and speaks to me like i exist. Spanish or not we all understand how to say hello ! Hola , hi .. poor excuse, take Ownership. I’ve said hi with no response.

Yes, they are good barbers but they have a such terrible customer service they don’t respect their customers they only prioritize their friends over customers and have very poor communication, will never go there again after the last treatment Brian did to me will also never send my friends there again.

A great cut from the point you get it up to how it grows! Never disappointed! Been going since it opened and it gets better and better. Newly renovated and full of barbers you can trust!
