I googled this barbershop and decided to give it a try, not a good experience at all. I made an appointment for a haircut with Elvi on a Wednesday at 4pm, got there 10 minutes early, I asked for Elvi and waited a whole hour for my turn, it took him a whole hour to finish one haircut, (he is very talkative) and I was not impressed with his skills. he then proceeded to take another person who had an appointment, I said, you do know I have been waiting for you all this time and I had an appointment with you at 4pm, he said I never spoke to him, He said I must have spoken to someone else, he apologized and asked me if I could wait for him to finish with the next person. I had not planned to stay there for so long and didn’t appreciate the way I was being treated, I also did not want to spend a whole other hour waiting for Elvi. (I also found him to be kind of slow as he would stop cutting hair every time he talked). I just left. I did like the way another barber named Steven cuts hair. So I called and asked specifically to speak to Steven, he came to the phone and when I tried to book an appointment with him told me he is off on Thursdays and he doesn’t book appointments on fridays bc the shop is too busy on fridays, I would have to go on Friday and just wait for my turn (walk-in) so I did. When I got there I made sure to tel him that I was gonna be waiting for him, listen to this: Steven says I can not take care of you because I’m booked for the day (he had told me the day before he didn’t make appointments on fridays) me: no problem I’ll wait for when you have a chance, Steven: If you want any of the other barbers can take care of you. Me: I would like to gey my haircut by you. Steven: I’m not feeling good today, so after I’m done with my appointments I will be going home. This is Unbelievable. two days wasted at this barbershop and I still couldn’t get a simple haircut. I ended up getting a haircut a couple of blocks away.

I drove 40 mins to get my haircut here and it was worth it. Haircut and a shave was $30. I showed the barber two pics of what I wanted. He took a quick look. Treated my haircut like an artist painting a masterpiece. Well worth it.

Amazing barber shop! I showed the photo of what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for the first time! Went to Elbin for men hair cut and beard and dude nailed it for $25. Will def be my go to spot from now on

The best barbershop in NY. I've been going to this shop for over 12 years. These guys are excellent at their craft. I highly recommend going here.

Wait times were extremely long since there were only 3 barbers but the cut came out good. At first i was unsure about how the fades were going but it came together in the end
