What makes this even more disappointing is the owner jumping into the comments claiming “fake reviews.” Instead of addressing the issue or improving customer service, he’s dismissing people who had a real experience. That alone says a lot about how this business is currently being run. If you’re looking for transparency, fair pricing, and respectful service, this is unfortunately not the place.

How about instead of flooding a business with fake reviews you address it in person before leaving the shop. You had $20 out of your pocket and we told you it was about to drop on the floor next thing you know we get flooded 1 star reviews from 5 different accounts. If you want to act like a child you will be treated like one. <br><br>And regarding professionalism I will send you our price list to make things more clear.

I was just ripped off. Just got a beard shape up. Was charged for hair & beard. The barber shop did nothing to rectify the charge. I do not recommended this place to anyone. Stay away

Alex gave me the worst haircut i've had in a while. Way too short. Doesn't take his time either. Just enjoys snipping. Overpriced too. Doesn't know how to blend a taper in.

Went there for a first time and the end result was good but the whole process was not. Not that I'm a sensitive guy but I feel like there wasn't much care taken when cutting my hair. I was left with bumps all over and the guy cutting my hair cut me and it started to bleed. I didn't notice or feel it but when I left the place I felt something coming down my neck and that's when my wife noticed that I was cut. No bandage no ointment not a peep from the guy. Ruined mu shirt as well as the stain wont come off. With this many good reviews I'm a bit dissapointed with the service. I don't think I'll come back.

I've been going here for a while now. Alex and Brian are very professional and good to talk to. The appointment on booksy is very easy to set up but they'll also accommodate walk ins. This is the only place I go to and I recommend these guys to anyone! As always, it was truly a great experience.

Alex is the man to go to! This place is a hidden gem located inside Roosevelt Field Mall. Honestly have been to a lot of different barbers in the area and Noone has been able to do a proper low skin fade until I came here. Big shout out to Alex if you decide to come here. You can make an appointment through Booksy for convenience! You'll have a blast here.
