I had an unprofessional and disappointing experience at Proper Cuts Barber Shop. The barber’s attitude came across as rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Rather than addressing my concerns in a professional manner, he was dismissive and repeatedly made excuses instead of providing proper service. At one point, I was even told to go to a different place, which is not an appropriate way to treat a paying customer. A business should prioritize respect, communication, and professionalism, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visit. Based on my experience, customer service needs significant improvement.

Unfortunately, they completely messed up my long hair. All I asked for was to balance my ponytail and make it a little shorter — now I don’t even have a ponytail. I had to go to another barber shop to fix the top.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Iliya who took good care of me. I asked for a Mid Drop fade and he did a phenomenal job for the price. Very friendly and hard working barbers providing top notch service. Will definitely come back next time I visit queens. Highly recommended. Fast and easy - Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has become my regular barber shop in Queens. The barbers give great cuts, they are very friendly and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend!

Today, I got my first haircut since I moved to the city earlier this summer; I'm super happy with it! Super clean space, very professional setup. Boris, my barber, was super detail oriented and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely sticking with them as my barbers!

First time I came here and I got one of the best haircuts in a while. I got my cut from Boris, who’s a chill and great guy to talk to. For the price, you get a quality haircut that’ll satisfy you. I’ll be coming back here for any future haircuts from now on.

Amazing place amazing vibes! Very nice guys, place, and atmosphere! Jerry was an amazing barber he got me right he did whatever I asked and was great at making conversation! 10/10 would recommend anyone and would love to come here again!
