The staff is super friendly and supportive. They can see you with or without an appointment. They greet you the moment you walk in the door. Parking is super convenient and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to honor it? We arrived early for our appointment and then were told, "Oh we're busy today" and had to wait for the current haircut and 2 additional customers after that before our turn, so basically another hour. What a waste of time.

I took my 20 month old son here for a haircut today. Vanessa did an amazing job on his cut. My son sat on my lap and watched his iPad the entire time. Vanessa cut his hair with great detail. I will definitely come back here.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I have a toddler who isn’t the easiest when it comes to haircuts however the person who we worked with (Veronika) was very patient and friendly and kept things under control while giving a good haircut.

I have been here a few times, the first time was with Jennifer and although she’s patient most of the time with my little children, she wouldn’t listen when I would tell her I only wanted the haircut with scissors . She still used her razor which drove my boys insane . But there is a very nice gentleman, I can’t remember his name but he has a beard and is one of the nicest people . He’s very patient and actually does a great job with the haircuts . My boys cry alot cause this is new to them, but he is so nice and really makes the experience nice. We only come back here because of his attentive manner . Next time I go I will update the review with his name, he always wears black and works mostly on the back corner. What a wonderful person! This place is lucky to have him for sure .

We've been taking our son here since he was 11 months old for haircuts after it was recommended by a friend. Jennifer and the older lady are amazing and patient; they listen to you and what kind of haircut you want for your child. All of the staff is helpful and accommodating even when you have a screaming toddler who is fighting to get a haircut.

My 2yr old went yesterday for his 1st cut ever. He had long thick curls and was very nervous. As I parent I was too. I'm so glad I took him there. They did such a great job and treated him with care. There's TV and toys for kids. He got a certificate and a lock of hair. A lollipop for being good. Jennifer did an amazing job. I will definitely keep going!

Took my son here for his 1st hair cut. Made appt with Maria....as per recommendations from friends. She was very nice....very warm towards my son and friendly to us. We liked her and so did he. They gave us clippings of his hair and a certificate before we left....for free....as a keep sake. Will go again to see Maria.
