Been coming here for a while, gave me good service. But I’ve been coming recently and the people have been getting lazier, came in the other day and was serviced by Tyler. Tyler greeted me in the store kindly and sat me down. I told him I only wanted the ends trimmed of my hair and wanted to keep alot of the length (I have a good amount of hair but wanted to keep it because it’s healthy and looks good), tyler then proceeded to stick my hair up and start with my sides, tyler looked good at first but then I noticed my sides were off a little, He looked like he was aware because he was trying to fix it but I think he just gave up and went to my actual hair itself. Which the Tyler removed the sticky pads and then proceeded to butcher my head like it was a slaughterhouse, wetting my hair cutting it from 8 different angles unevenly ( completely forgetting I said I only wanted to keep some length and only cut some ends ). Then he combs it to the front and in the mirror I see the guys eyes visibly widen like he knows he messed up, but I let him do is thing. At the end of the cut I get up knowing this new guy done messed me up but I dealt with it and figured I just needed to go home and do the regular male aftercut shower to fix it. Tyler than rang me up for the cut and I asked him if he could break a 20, he asked 10s? I said yes. He then proceeds to keep a 10 give me the other ten as if I was going to tip him and then asks me if I like the cut. I go home thinking everything’s fine. Hop in the shower, shampoo rinse everything possible. I get out the shower and It’s looking alot worse than what I walked in with.i wouldn’t go outside to events and functions because of my horrendous haircut, so i resorted to social media. One day i was scrolling and i saw my friend post “im never trusting these barbers again” I asked him where he went considering im in the same boat currently, he said loyalty. I said oh shit no way who was your barber, guess who it was…. Other than this situation. Igor has given me excellent service I just wish they’d keep there reputation clean and not ruined by these horrible barbers.

Been coming here for a little over 1 year. The owner is great and takes a lot of pride in his shop. He hires and trains his barbers to do things his way. This gives the shop consistency. When you can walk in and allow any of the barbers to cut your hair it’s a big plus. I have allowed each barber in the shop to cut my hair and I end up with just about the same haircut every time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Feels like have known Igor and the fantastic crew at Loyaty forever! They’re beyond talented and anyone in the area know their work and quality! Expect a wait as it’s a first come, first serve style but well worth the wait!

Not one to complain but something told me to wait for the main guy, but I decided against it as the time wasn’t on my side,basically the kid needs to follow instructions, left me unfinished even showed him and told him what I wanted, paid and walked out as I was annoyed…three stars cause the music was good once put on

Hi Julio. Thank you for your feedback. As the owner, I personally saw that the haircut wasn’t fully finished. That is not acceptable to me or the standards we hold in our shop. We actually stepped out immediately to call you back so we could correct it, but unfortunately, you had already driven off. I sincerely apologize for that experience, it does not reflect the level of professionalism we expect. we would truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right and have you sit down with one of our senior Barbers with 10+ years of experience. The name does the shop justice, with loyal, respectful, and talented barbers who always do a great job. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age to get their haircut done here.

Went here recently expecting to see Daisy and was surprised to see her not there. I found out from their new barber she moved upstate. A little disheartening but no problem I'm already here let me get my cut. I showed Ceasar what I wanted he said no problem. This man proceeded to manhandle my cranium, pull my hair to the point of discomfort, made so many superfluous comments about the news that didn't add to any conversation at all, took a phone call(which I didn't mind) and then made comments about women I didn't find useful, tried to reel in customers from outside in the middle of my cut and when told to lay off he full body knocked into my neck, put the towel right over my nose so I was almost suffocating, and blew my hair out so I looked akin to Elvis(in the photo I showed my hair is down and wavy). I will say I am not at all dissatisfied with my actual haircut. It'll grow out fine but the experience was so far left from I am used to when coming here. Daisy, I miss you.

Rarely have to wait. Go on an off hour and I get my sons in and out in about a half hour. Great barbers, and people in general. I show up with a picture ready as an example. Makes it super simple.

I’ve been coming to this spot since highschool in 2015 and now i’m married all thanks to George. I’ve been getting haircuts from him for 10 years now and he never disappoints. He always makes me feel welcome and is super friendly and funny too. He always gives me the freshest haircut and I just wanna say he’s the best! Thank you George!

Heard about this place that gives great kids haircuts. Asked for Igor since he was recommended. I had no problem explaining what I wanted for my kid. We spoke and came to an agreement and he reassured me he can make it look good. I am definitely going to use Igor from here on out for my sons haircuts. Just found my new spot.

I am a tought customer, my barber has no customer experience, didnt ask basic questions, it was super quick and very loosy job, his station was a mess, blades all over the place, also clips. I am relly hoping to not get any lice here. The price is higher than other barbers in the area.
