I had a fantastic experience at Royal Barbershop with my 1-year-old son. I can't recommend them enough--especially Ben, who was absolutely incredible. Getting a haircut for a toddler can be tricky and scary (for the toddler AND Mama) , but Ben showed remarkable patience, care, and professionalism from start to finish. He took his time to make my little one feel comfortable, never rushed, and made sure the whole process felt calm and easy. You could tell right away that Ben is experienced with young children and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for them. What really stood out was how attentive Ben was--not just to our son, but to me as well. He paused several times throughout the haircut to check in with me, asking if I was happy with how it was going and if I wanted him to adjust anything. That level of communication and care made me feel completely at ease and confident that we were in good hands. The shop itself was clean, welcoming, and well-run, but it was Ben's calm demeanor and thoughtful approach that made all the difference. I am so grateful for the way he handled my son’s haircut! We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Royal Barbershop and especially Ben-for anyone looking for skilled, kid-friendly service!

I walked in looking homeless with my soon to be ex girlfriend. I desperately needed my hair cut and my beard trimmed so people stopped confusing me for an escaped primate. Then my savior came, Ben! I told him to do whatever he wanted and he delivered. He took his time and gave me the best cut and beard trimming of my life, now my girlfriend loves me again and I can go back into my office without horrified looks. Dude is Mozart with the clippers.

$45 for a haircut is absolutely insane then they don’t know how to cut young peoples hair. The old man Joe destroyed my hair Thank God it grows back, but please beware and Do yourself a favor find a better Barber Shop this place is more like a hairdresser

In search of a new barber I visited Royal Barbershop. Took my son for a haircut and was impressed with the layout. The shop is very professional and friendly upon entering. Very clean, organized and you can tell relay take their business seriously. Boris cut my son’s hair and he was very engaging having conversations with my son first, as he was the client, and then me. I appreciate the level of professionalism and service which is why I didn’t mind the cost despite other reviews. I look forward to visiting again but this time for me. Boris suggested he can cut and style my hair despite me always shaving my head due to difficulties managing my hair. I may just take him on that offer. Overall great service, highly recommend it.

Boris is amazing and has knowledge in clippers and scissor cuts - I’ve had the same hair in 2 styles and not disappointed in his creativity to make you look great and feel great ! Very clean barbershop with respectful barbers with a friendly welcome and get you in and out .

I love this barbershop. The guys are awesome! My son and husband always get their cuts here and are highly satisfied. Its close to Dunkin where we always go and often the guys are so nice Thank you Ari for your wonderful shop n for your friendship…. 😍😍😍

First and last time coming here. Haircut came out very spotty. It’s not even, especially my mustache. The barber (Bobby) tried to charge me extra for slapping some shaving cream and cleaning my face up after I asked him why he didn’t clean up with a blade? If you line up with a T blade clipper you should follow up with a razor blade to finish it. Why do I need to pay an extra $13 for that? That’s ridiculous. He tried to charge me $38 dollars for a cut I hate. It looks terrible. He also said “ where else are you going to pay that much for a haircut in this neighborhood? “ so basically telling me I should expect less for a lower price. Big mistake coming here.

Yesterday was a better experience then last. However the price for a line up and shave was over the top.the place is clean. The barbers appeared to be nice. My previous experience, I told the barber I would be back. I came back and the barber out other people in front of me. The barber had the audacity to tell me I had 2 or 3 others ahead of me, when I just stepped out to go to the bank. I feel the discriminate against who they want to discriminate against. I only went there to save time in my busy schedule. With the exception of yesterday. I don't feel it is an inviting barbershop.

Customers shouldn't leave bleeding from the neck from a green cutter using a razor he has no business using. This young "barber" was much too inexperienced to be wielding a straight razor, especially considering he needed constant advice from the barber in the next chair to somewhat properly use just the electric clippers and comb. AND charged 19$ for the ordeal. Yikes, gentlemen. Do a bit better job.

I've been to this barbershop a several times and it's very hit or miss. Sometimes my hair turns out the way I want it, but most of the time they completely disregard my instructions and cut my hair the way they want. I know my hair well and go for a specific look, but they change it completely sometimes which messes it up and makes me have to wait another 3 months for it to grow back. I can't see what theyre doing because I have to take my glasses off. I've tried to give this barbershop several chances but, a slanted hairline, 2 inches cut off when i asked for 1/2, and a barber completely ruining my haircut for a style he liked more is just too much. Boris is decent, the rest are very iffy and have pretty big egos.
