Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience at Roni’s Barbershop My recent visit to Roni’s Barbershop was deeply disappointing due to a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. Upon arrival, I greeted both Roni and the other barber, yet received no acknowledgment. While I patiently waited for 30 minutes as the two customers ahead of me were served, I was then unexpectedly passed over in favor of someone who had just walked in. When I inquired about this, I was met with an unconvincing response that I had been called—something that simply did not happen. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the staff insisted on this false claim, making for an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. This level of disregard for fairness and customer service is unacceptable in any business. Roni, I encourage you to reflect on the policies and culture within your barbershop. A business cannot thrive without prioritizing respect, professionalism, and equitable treatment of all customers. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously, as such experiences will inevitably drive customers away.

First time experience, took my 4 year old today for his first real haircut and was a great experience. Roni was awesome and super patient, my son would not stop talking about it after so I would definitely refer them and this will be his spot moving forward.

Needed a cut in my new neighborhood and was lucky enough to find this place five minutes from my building. It was clear everyone in there was friendly after just a few minutes of sitting and chilling. I came in off the street and was sitting for less than five minutes before I was in Roni's chair. I showed what I was looking for and he knew exactly what to do. Had me cleaned up and on my way in less than 20 mins. Great place, great service, dope cut. I'll be getting my haircut here from now on.

Hands down the best barber in town! Gives amazing hair cuts and beard trims. Always professional and great personality. Never had a bad experience in all the 10 years I've been going to him. Place is clean and never too long of a wait. Highly recommend everyone to go to him.

The owner is an excellent barber. He does a great job for a fair price. I also feel comfortable going here during Covid because they enforce the rule for everyone to wear masks. The location is great, and I am very happy they are here. I would recommend this barbershop to anyone who wants to look great, feel great, and save time and money.

I go to this Place once a month- he is the best barber in Brooklyn. Extremely pleasant and courteous, prices are very fair, and the environment is extremely friendly. When the place gets busy he has back up barbers who are all skilled professionals. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thumbs up!
