Great place just got my tattoo done I’m coming back to get my piercings for my ears and finish my tattoo with Frankie but great experience very nice people . Love the shop and how it’s coming along

charged $8 extra without telling me upfront. threading is your job, it’s not the customer’s responsibility to pay extra for you because it was “difficult.” if so, be clear and say that beforehand. it was incomplete too, had to go home and spend 10 minutes tweezing leftover hair myself. she also touched her phone in the middle of threading, coughed over me, and constantly talked to other people in the shop, taking her time. rude and wouldn’t go again.

Terrible customer service and lash jobs. The other lady did my lashes terribly and $40. Rahki tried to fix the lashes and charged me even more -$65. That was very wrong and greedy. And the lashes came off within a day. She ripped me off. She should not have charged me again especially considering the lashes came off within a day. I will NEVER do my lashes or any service there ever again. Raksha is such a liar and doesn’t take accountability for s as nothing. She’s always playing victim and is very arrogant. She lacks professionalism. I had just done my lashes and by the next day they were coming off. I just wanted her to fix them since she didn’t do a good enough job. That’s not asking for free lashes. You overcharged me yet I still payed. Just take accountability and do better. You don’t work hard enough for your money. You do a lousy job and overcharge. Do better.

She is terrible maker customer and she is coming to me from 5 years she did cat eyelashes. Thats more money and she want twice eyelashes so if u doing twice than accordingly service i explained her and she agree too. So now what is her problem. Each time u can't get free services. I give her once now she become more greedy and she want other services free also. I really <br>work hard for my money.

Today was a great day - I finally got my belly and smelly piercings done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Rakhi, my piercer, was fantastic - she was warm, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She carefully checked the placement of the piercings, showed me exactly where they would go, and then got to work. The piercing process itself was quick and painless and Rakhi walked me through all the aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. I'm so impressed with the whole experience, and I'd definitely recommend Rakhi to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled piercer.

The most uneven eyebrow threading I’ve ever had, I’m not sure how to even fix it. I asked her to keep them thick and shape them, but one brow is thin in the front and thick at the tail while the other is the opposite. Do not recommend!! Esp for $10

I’m highly upset with the service I received, but choose to take a chance and sucked it up and payed 50$ for these lashes. 1st of all they offer ways of payment and cash app was one of them and I was told to pay for the service and an extra 2$ cause cash app charges her but that’s really not the customer’s problem cause you choose to use cash app for one of your payment methods, 2nd I was told the lady has been doing lashes for 17 years and this is what the outcome was, Way too much glue was used and now that it has hardened it’s cutting my skin every time I blink. As she was doing the lashes I kept having to informing her to not put it on my waterline and she kept telling me she wasn’t but as it’s hardened I feel it very close to it ( waste of money I’m going to have to take off before it cuts my cornea) i get my lashes done all the time and never have gone thru this issue and it has never looked like this or felt like this, I would not be coming back here at all.

When she want eyelashes my co worker asked her how u like and she did according her choice. Abd she want extra gule also.when u blink ur eyes each moment its not easy to do good job and till. And when she left my shop she was happy now she complaining for nothing.thats is not fair. Cash app charge fee for business account what is wrong in that new york change for everything thats not our problem

I got a bad threading job a few months ago and Rakhi fixed them! She gave a great arch, was extremely painless and quick. Great pricing too, will be back.

Very nice & quick service ! Rocky kept my eyebrow shape and also thickness via threading. I also got my chin threaded and she did a great job, left no hairs.

It was a wonderful non painful experience with Rakhi in the shop. I was warmly greeted soon as I walked in. I came sit a septum piercing and the wait was no longer then 5 minutes. They do piercings facials eyelashes and hair. The experience was fast and I felt comfortable, I also did not bleed nor did it hurt. I will come again in the future and I give a 10 stars rating.
