My first time at Maksim’s and Ilyana (sp) was great! The shop is clean, pleasant and welcoming. The haircut was perfect and she styled it just a little differently which I liked very much. I also got many compliments! Thanks, Maksim’s!

In from out of town looking for a haircut. These guys did a great straight razor shave on my head and an excellent shape up on my beard. I was also appreciative that the after shave/antiseptic they used did not have a fragrance that would have required me to take a shower right after.

Dropped in on an early Saturday evening and had only a short wait. Cut was exceedingly fast and well done. Don't live in the neighborhood but it might be worth a trip back!

I love coming here to get my haircut. If you live in the area of park slope and you want a fade, skin fade or whatever you get these guys will get you right I promise. The price is good especially since I get a haircut every 2 weeks. This has been my go to for 2 years already

Maksim Barbershop is fantastic! The barbers are skilled, friendly, and truly care about their work. I got a perfect haircut with great attention to detail, and the shop is clean and comfortable. Excellent service all around, definitely one of the best in Brooklyn. 5/5 stars!

This shop is one of the best I’ve witnessed for my son! I’ve visited over five different barbers and I’m quite a complicated mom that always wants a crisp cut with a design. They are kind, fast, and can CUT!!! The fades and their line up is amazing! This is our second time coming here and I traveled from Manhattan just to get my sons haircut from ! They accept walk in appointments and you’re out quickly! Good job guys and we’re looking forward to the next cut!

Justin is the best barber. He has magical hands. I came here from Queen hillside and now he is my weekly barber. Highly recommend him to everyone.

Great space - I bring both my boys in here and it is great for their haircuts. Clean, great cuts, and affordable. Far better than the children haircuts places in the neighborhood. It gets busy, but really love them, I make a plan to always come back!

Best barber shop in downtown Brooklyn. Justin and Nick are the bests. Barbers are very friendly and helpful. Just let them know what haircut you want to get exactly in details and they will give you the best haircut ever. Also, they got cool amenities.Nice and comfortable seats, so if you live in Brooklyn, you should definitely visit this barbershop and enjoy your beautiful haircut.
