Waited over an hour despite there being only a few people in the shop. No updates, no acknowledgement. I ended up walking out without being seen. Really disappointed in how disorganized and slow things were. Respecting people’s time matters.

It's OK depending on who you get. The guy in the first chair is the best by far. I've had mixed experiences with the other barbers. Some were nice and good at what they did. Others were somewhat rude. Seems like many come and go because I don't ever see them again. For $20 you can't complain much. The prices here are great for NYC standards. The place kind of smells bad sometimes and gets into your clothes.

One of the most disgusting haircut I got from this saloon today. The man cut my hair was completely rude and unprofessional. They even doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Very nice haircuts. The person who is a little shorter with the skin fade and beard is a very, very, nice person and a very good barber. And the other guy, he is skinny and tall and he is also a very great barber and nice person overall. I really love this place, and I rate it very very highly.

I’m going to be very concise. This was maybe the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. He did it in less than 10 minutes. Left loose hair at different lengths, and cut the side of my head way too high. He also destroyed the back of my head. I looked crazy and had to get an emergency haircut after because it was that bad. If you care how your hair looks at all, DO NOT GO HERE

Had a few good haircuts here, it's hit or miss but last one was the worst cut of my life about a month ago. He shaved my hair on the sides with 0 blending and i just wanted a normal cut. He also left it super long on one side and on the top. I told him I wanted to keep my beard but he didn't speak English and started trimming it really low so I had to shave it off because it looked so bad. Then they charged extra for a beard trim I never asked for! Never coming here again

I’ve been in here five times. I’ve had two great haircuts, a medium quality haircut, and two bad ones. I’ve been charged at least three different prices. Two of the haircuts were given by someone learning to cut hair. Last one did a terrible job. You’re totally rolling the dice when you go in there unless maybe you have some personal relationship with the boss. Can’t recommend it.

The stylist cut my hair short despite numerous attempts to communicate that’s the exact opposite of what I wanted. I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and just needed my split ends trimmed. I lost at least three months of progress. If you don’t know what you want and don’t care much, this place is probably fine, but the stylist seemed to speak very limited english, which can lead to serious communication issues if that’s the only language you speak.

One of the barbers here has been cutting hair for over 25 years. Nevertheless, every barber listens carefully and suggests prompts to what style and length of haircut you need. Consistent amazing cuts!

One of the best skin fades I've ever gotten! Welcoming and accomodating, considerate about all the aspects of the cut you'd care about, precise and deliberate with the details, reasonably priced, quick, and very friendly - basically all the things you want in a barber! Will definitely be back. Happy to have found a great quality barber in the neighborhood
