Had an attitude from the start, if he ain’t wanna do my hair, could have just said that from start. Go find a Spanish barber shop at least they know basic customer service

The absolute worse haircut I’ve ever gotten, the red flag was that the shop was completely empty. He was done in under 8 minutes and it was completely not what I asked for. He was on the phone and literally shaved my hair super low compared to the picture I showed him.

The haircut is good but but not good enough to make up for them being inconsistent with their hours. They aren’t open at 8 despite saying so on their door and online. 2 hours later they still are not open, despite me calling and confirming that they would be open by 9:30am. I’m just trying to get a cut before work.

Wanted to try them because they looked good. I haven’t cut my hair in 6mths so I’m really anxious imagine my disappointment when I waste Uber money to go to a shop that’s not open at 9:30 on a Saturday when it says open at 9. Welcome to trying to support black people.

Best place to get my hair cut. Rob is a great barber he is very chill and relaxed and he knows how to do the style you want. He is my barber from now on and plan on keep coming.

Came in here but didn't know it was appointment only. One of the barbers was very rude to me and someone else had to tell me it was appointment only. I sat down in the chair and the dude who was going to cut me hair was being very rough with me, roughly combing it out... basically it was very obvious that I wasn't welcome. I'm not trying to be around that so I just left. If it was just appointment only they could have just said that instead of being rude as hell. I would have kindly made an appointment and came back. They will never see me face again though.

I went in on Saturday morning (7:30AM) as a walk-in. I had a job interview Monday morning and I assumed walk-ins were accepted. But the only barber at that time had me wait half an hour before letting me know he had appointments lined up. Okay, fine. No problem, the fault is mine for assuming. Anyways, I make an appointment for Monday morning before my job interview. I leave my name, number, etc. Confirmed for 8AM Monday. So on Monday, I arrive ten minutes early for my appointment, as a matter of etiquette. They weren’t even open. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened, or what occured, but this really wasn’t cool. I wasted a solid 2.5hrs, so thanks for that.
