Doesn't even deserve a star! Worst haircut experience I have ever had. He cut off a part of my hair I clearly said not to cut and then shamed me in front of the whole store calling me a liar!

Very affordable! Friendly helpful staff, and busy with at least 2-3 barbers working at once, so the wait is never too long. I highly recommend getting your cut at Joe’s!

They do a decent job on haircuts but don't buy a watch battery here! They use a cheap type of battery which broke my Movado watch.

I only ever got my hair cut by the barber here named, Joey. They are really kind, they like to chat, but if you don't like that, then they are willing to accommodate you with peace in the form of no conversation. I noticed that Joey also paid a great deal of attention to cutting my hair. If you're wondering about pricing, then I think that they just have a flat rate of $18. I've been here 3 times and got 3 different styles all for what seems to be a flat rate of $18 each time.

I've been going to Joe's for over a decade and can confidently say it's one of the best barber shops in the neighborhood. Fast and beautiful haircuts every time. Even though Joey joined relatively recently he's already shown that he meets the high standard I've come to expect from here. Keep up the great work!

I got my 3 most recent haircuts from this location--from someone named Joey (Not entirely sure how to spell their name). Each haircut left me satisfied. I even got compliments from friends. If I recall correctly, they also try to chat with you, just so it doesn't feel so awkward, yet I feel as if they'll also respect your wishes if you wanted to just stay quiet. Pricing's good for New York City of all places, $18 for a haircut. Would recommend.

I have been going to Joe's for years. All the barber's are excellent. Joey joined in the last year or so and he is amazing. He is steady and sure and clearly knows what he is doing. He is always completely focused on you as a client while he is cutting your hair and knows which styles fit your hair type so you look your best!

Joe was very professional. Everytime he does my fade, I leave with extra confidence. Also all the barbers here are professional and have years of experience. I always get better treatment time after time here rather than any fancy barbershop in Manhattan. Nice price, great service. I always come here.
