Wow - amazing experience. As someone with lots of hair anxiety, I was nervous - hadn’t been to a barbershop in awhile. I got exactly what I wanted. Coming back here forever. Frank is absolutely amazing. Great store, great location, so excited

I've received many great haircuts from both Alex and Fation. The cuts are always consistent and exactly what I ask for. The shop is clean and comfortable, conveniently right on Franklin Ave.

Found my new favorite haircut spot!! I've been meaning to check out Jack's and I'm SO glad I finally did. Beka gave me a beautiful cut that was exactly what I asked for, but better! Can't wait to go back for my next cut!

One of the top if not the TOP barbershop in Brooklyn right now. Great online booking system, the ambiance is always on point and clean. The entire process of booking your appointment and paying for your appointment is a breeze. The talent is also top notch, a must if you are looking for a fade. Be sure to contact my barber Fation for that razor sharp fade.

Muhammad did an excellent job and really nailed the look I was going for. He was friendly and had an incredible attention to detail. Looking forward to going back too. Nice to have someone in my neighborhood I can trust for a fresh, clean look. Edited: I updated his name, and wanted to say that i wrote this review 3 years ago and i still visit Muhammad routinely and love his service and company :)

April 2024 UPDATE: Tim no longer works here. He’s moved to another barbershop in the neighborhood. - I’ve been going to Jack’s for over a year now and I’ve found it to be the best in the neighborhood. Tim is my guy - high attention to detail, a real professional, cuts real clean and tight, and actually knows how to navigate Asian hair and my receding hairline 🙂 But that said, all the barbers here are excellent, I’ve tried most of them and you really can’t go wrong. The vibe at Jack’s is relaxing and welcoming. It’s easy to book online. Are they the cheapest in the area? Certainly not, but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. If you’re searching for a barbershop that you can trust without having to worry about quality, go to Jack’s.
