Ashton absolutely killed it with my hair cut, I hadn’t gotten a cut in over a year and was honestly nervous to get a haircut since it had been so long and my hair had started to get thinner. Thanks to Ashton though, I look so much better and don’t feel the need to leave the house in a hat every day.

With just a few inspo pics and a shared vibe, Jonny was able to take a mere fledging idea of a haircut that I wanted to try and make it a reality. I walked out of Hairrari feeling more confident with my haircut than any other haircut I’ve ever gotten in the past. Jonny was so fun and a master of their craft! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I will only let Jonny cut my hair now! Whenever I’m in town from London I make sure to go visit them for a freshen up! Amazing vibes and a friendly barbers. Highly recommend ✨

Let me just say, I have spent the past 5 years in NYC bouncing from hair dresser to hair dresser and always leave feeling so ugly lol. Even when I show photos and everything! I grew hesitant of paying anything for haircuts when I could just give myself an ugly cut at home for free. But when my GF treated me to a haircut with Jonny, I was blown away. Experience was so wonderful, I felt so listened to, and my haircut was literally PERFECT!! I have never been able to say that!! Jonny even showed me what it would look like a month or two grown out before they finished the cut just to make sure I loved it. They even went step by step with details on how to style it exactly how I like without damaging my hair. I went back for a trim a couple months later and am more than happy to invest some money every few months if it means feeling so great. Highly recommend for any queer folk or trans mascs that have horrible hair dysphoria and never seem to get a cut that’s not giving Karen or busted man.

I love hairrari bushwick, and I always adore the cuts I get there!! The price is well worth the treatment and everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming and talented! I always go to Jonny and they are so skilled, wonderful, and always open to feedback. I've been going to hairrari for two years and will definitely continue!

Recently moved to Bushwick & was looking for a new barber/stylist - very glad I ended up here. Had a great first cut here with Leah - for context, I didn’t come in with a specific vision, just an inspo picture and vibes. She listened to what i wanted, was patient with a few minor adjustments, explained what she was cutting and why, and overall gave me a great haircut. I’ll be back!

Do you hate feeling uneasy when trying out a new barber? Not here. My barber, Leah was pretty welcoming and very outgoing off rip. Initially, when I sat down we talked about what I was hopping to get for my haircut and she completely understood where I was coming from when describing the kind of shaggy mullet vibe I was going for. Felt like I was just talking to a friend the entire time with how good she is at starting up a conversation and maintaining it. I really wasn't even paying attention to the haircut at one point because I was so caught up in the conversation, it's really easy to trust Leah after a while. At times she would pause to ask for my input which Is thoughtful no doubt. Leah did an impressive job layering and texturing my hair while utilizing her seamless razor / scissor work. For the first time in a while, I felt like the money was worth the haircut. Cheers fellas!

Had a great experience getting my hair cut by Leah! She has excellent attention to detail and was super easy to chat with. I’ve got super straight hair and a cowlick that make my hair tough to cut but they paid super great attention to these things, and I feel more comfortable already! I’m so happy with my cut- better than I expected! Thanks guys :-)

Leah is a master barber —> I look and feel great. I have a hard time letting people touch my head because of previous experiences, but Leah knows exactly what she’s doing. Hairrari has a new customer returning client now! Thanks for making me feel great, and look even better, Leah! 💈💥
