Great, close shave from Avi. He’s not shy with creams and ointments that will make you feel like you’re treating yourself. I typically have very sensitive skin but had little inflammation thanks to his careful work. Expect to pay Williamsburg prices but you’re getting a good product.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one. I had been growing my hair out for four months and came in with a very clear reference video of the haircut I wanted. Unfortunately, the barber barely paid attention to it and seemed to rush through the entire appointment. There was no proper sectioning, no visible plan, and it felt like he just started cutting randomly to finish as quickly as possible. He cut off almost everything I had grown in the back, which completely defeated the purpose of growing my hair out. The taper on the sides is uneven and looks sloppy, honestly like something I could have done myself at home. For $70, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and at least basic service standards - especially since my hair wasn’t even washed beforehand. Instead, the whole appointment felt rushed and careless. Very disappointing experience. Four months of progress gone in one visit. I won’t be coming back.

I had a haircut with Nino and he was super nice, took his time, and did a great job. Haircut was reasonably priced, and they offer complimentary drinks and hot towel as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Hairitage Barbershop is the best haircut in all of NYC. Cleo is the absolute best, my hair and curls are so hard to cut and she does it effortlessly. And also the sweetest ever. It’s a shame I can only give 5 starts.

I always get my haircut with Avi. Scheduling is super easy / flexible and the quality of the haircut is high and consistent. I also love the free clean ups. I would highly recommend this barber shop.

I specifically asked for a long beard, so he suggested an Italian fade which will keep my length and I agreed. What I ended up with was a simple machine trim without any fade, and I’ve lost all my grown-up beard! Honestly, he was super nice, but I’m really annoyed :( added the before and after

Nino has cut my hair the last two times I’ve been in and did an excellent job both times. He’s clearly very experienced and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. The shop itself has a comfortable, welcoming environment , and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Booked full scissors cut, barber messed up side burn as well as around the ears and didn’t say anything or offer to fix. He also used electric razor to shape the neck and what was left of the sideburns even though I specifically asked for only scissor and razor cut. Got charged for full scissor cut regardless of the use of the electric razor. Way overpriced, I tipped normal amount thinking everything looked normal when I left only to discover the damage the next morning
