I LOVE this barbershop. I’ve had a buzzcut for years now, and I can tell you that a good buzzcut looks easy, but it takes a lot of skill. Over the years, I’ve gone to many different barbershops all over the city, and more than one establishment has left me with weird random hairs along my ear line, a crooked neck line, uneven blending. This has never been the case at Georges 2. The entire staff does great work, there’s no stylist I’ve ever been unhappy with. I’m there every two weeks like clockwork, I know them all and I always leave happy. Great prices, comfortable atmosphere, a friendly staff. I truly consider it a true neighborhood gem.

I’ve been here about a 5-6 times and every time- it’s great. The team is kind and I come out feeling like a new man. Can’t reccomend enough, great prices too.

Been going to the Smith Street shop for the past year and really dig the people there. Everyone is kind and professional and damn good at their profession. Was in the Slope and needed my haircut before the holidays so I tried the one on 5th Ave. Omar did an amazing job and was kind, courteous, and super attentive the whole way through. Everyone there was great and I couldn’t be happier w my cut. I will definitely continue to be a patron of George’s and encourage everyone looking for a great barbershop experience to give them a try!

I got my haircut today and the barbers were really nice and welcoming. Ömer knows exactly what he’s doing — he’s skilled, professional, and gives great attention to detail. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a barbershop. Highly recommend!

Ralph is amazing!! he cut my hair amazingly!! And they made me feel so welcomed. As LGBTQ women of color it’s very hard to find a welcoming atmosphere. Love you guys and thank you!!

Great experience at George’s 2! I dropped in without an appointment on a Monday and was seen right away. I have thick, coarse, and straight Asian hair and was going for a k-pop style pushed back haircut. Initially I was skeptical that they could do it well, but after showing Mariana an inspiration photo of from TikTok, the whole session was easy and she totally delivered. Would def recommend!

So this was my first time going to a non black barber, I was suspicious as to weather they would trim me up good. I walked in and it was a very welcoming energy, bright and inviting. They boffer complimentary coffee, seltzer, beer, and whiskey. I got trimmed up by Franky at station five and he was great I loved it and I’m switching barbers. Got a great fade in under an hour, feel great and it only cost me $35…. Remember to tip your barber.

MASSIVELY GREAT HAIRCUT 💇♂️ I didn’t grab any pics from inside but this is how my hair is looking now. Pretty exactly what I wanted. I gave them words and they translated that into a haircut.
