Ruben is very kind and highly skilled. He really knows how to adapt the cut I ask to my face and style. Every time I leave, I get exactly the cut I wanted and I’m always happy with the result (most importantly, my wife is!). It’s genuinely a pleasure to come here. 5 stars

Ruben is a barber who specializes in two things: Haircuts that have you walking out of his shop with the confident strut usually reserved for a runway And Fantastic conversation that you look forward to having. You might not even visit to get your haircut; the haircut itself may just be an excuse to talk to the man himself. I will never have another barber as long as I’m in New York and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Not a very sophisticated place but prices are higher than much better places. Fairly small and not very well furnished. The haircut was OK but the ambience of the place left much to be desired. The place I frequent back home is much more sophisticated and much cheaper too. The only reason I visited the place was because it doesn't require prior reservation.

Ruben is a legend! For years I tried finding the perfect barbershop and I finally found it. Been there more than 10 times - never been disappointed! He is very skilful and has a lot of experience.

Ruben's attention was very good, at all times he was very friendly and receptive. He pays attention to the details and made me the exact haircut I asked for. I really liked the haircut, I was comparing different ones and this was definitely the best option for me. I will definitely be back.
