Went in and asked for a mid fade, and a 8 on top. Barber didn’t consider my face shape and faded all the way past my hairline, and gave me what looked more like a 4 than a 8 on top. He then took his clips and flicked up on my hairline, pushing it all the way back before a lineup was even attempted. Now, my head looks like an egg, and my forehead the size of a JFK tarmac. AVOID.

They unprofessional at all I told them do it all same level but they looked at me and then spoke between each others in Spanish and then he started making my sons head bold I told him don’t show the skin but he continued doing it . Very bad service I tried to speak with the front desk and he acted he doesn’t know what I’m saying. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Was able to get a hair cut and braids but my braids was not it I get this everytime and they made it very loose and frizzy like I’ve had these braids a week

I’ve been going here for years. All of the barbers are professional and skilled. Show them a picture of what you want, or tell them - either way, they understand and they deliver! Love this Barber Shop.

Love the place very clean Guy was very friendly my toddler really enjoyed the haircut and i was surprised how happy he was highly recommend

$22.00 for a haircut (1/2023) and They don’t know how to cut hair properly. The guy rushed through my hair cut and messed the whole thing up. He didn’t understand more than 3 words of English and just nodded in the beginning to everything I requested. Then 5 minutes into the cut, he did exactly the OPPOSITE of what I asked for. I stopped him to asked why he messes up and he said his is English is no good. Ok so wait… then why proceed to cut my hair if I spent 5 minutes explaining and him just nodding? The answer is simple: he pretended to understand and just wanted my money. What a shady and dishonest waste of time!

The cut could have been much better from my experience. I have been a customer at other frg shops and never got a bad cut. However, at this shop- The barber is very rough with the razor and brush that the cut gave me a scab a few days later. Below are the pics taken throughout the week. A skin fade cost $25 without tip.

Fantastic and friendly! Great atmosphere and professional barbers! Moved into the neighborhood over a year ago and happy I found this gem. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone looking for a great spot to get a very good haircut.

The best customer service and barbershop in Brooklyn. I've been coming to the FRG Barbershop chain for over 12 years and I always get the best haircuts. Definitely check out FRG if you're in the area!

I started coming here following Frank from the other shop he worked at. When you come here you can always expect top notch haircuts. I also bring my 3 year old son, he’s great with kids too.
