I’ve been coming to cuts 2 crave for almost 3 years. Moving from Bushwick Brooklyn I struggled to find a good barber. That’s when i stumbled upon this hidden treasure. The barbers here are extremely welcoming and very professional. If you’re looking for an amazing cut this is the place for you.

I've never written reviews before, but this is the first time I've felt I actually had to. I've been here before and had a decent haircut the first time. However, this second time I went was probably the worst haircut I've ever received. Told the barber I wanted to keep my hair on top mostly long with maybe half a inch for a trim and that I mostly just wanted the sides cut. The barber does not listen and seems to have a lack of training. I told him I wanted to keep the length of my hair somewhat long and all of a sudden he cuts off a whole 2 inches off the back of my head. Along with that it seems that you don't need any skill or technique to cut hair there. When I got home to check my hair with another mirror to view the back of my head it was cut unevenly. One side was longer than the other. On top of that the guy gives me a shape up or lineup whatever its called and starts shaving off half of my sideburns making a triangle or whatever you would even call it. Honestly it was one of the worse experiences I've ever had and I wouldn't recommend that barber to anyone. I have since gone to another barber to salvage the sides and back of my head to fix the uneven haircut. I honestly feel like I could've given myself a better haircut than what I received.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for Jose he was able to find me another barber to cut my hair in Joel. Joel did an amazing job and took me last minute. This shop is awesome and I highly recommend it if you want a great haircut. Thank you to Jose and Joel!!

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for years now and they never disappoint. The shop is always professional and very welcoming, you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Jose is my go-to barber and he consistently does an amazing job. He really listens to what I want, pays attention to detail, and even gives great recommendations when I’m not sure what to go with. The quality and consistency keep me coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch barbershop.

The barbershops atmosphere is just perfect and allows for new clients to walk in and get their haircuts with no problem. With great attention to detail, Roberto is an amazing barber who provides all his clients with exceptional haircuts. Overall this barbershop provides customers with great service and quality.

I had an excellent experience with the barber Roberto Martinez at this location. My son is 3 so I was ready for the drama. This is the first time my son didn’t cry. Roberto was professional, skilled, and really paid attention to the details. He even told me that he used soft clippers that are not to loud for kids. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a clean, sharp cut that exceeded my expectations. My husband was also happy with his cut he looks just like Robert Dinero😍! The whole service felt personal and genuine. If you’re looking for a barber who knows what they’re doing and cares about their craft, this is the barber for you! I Highly recommended! The place was nice to and clean.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been to Cuts 2 Crave several times and always had great experiences. The barbers are friendly, and the cuts have been consistently solid. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. I came in around 11:40 without an appointment and was placed with a new barber. I didn’t leave until 1:25, which was unusually long for a haircut, and he also forgot to do my beard until the very end. I typically get a fade with longer hair on top, but this time he cut off much more than expected, and the result looks noticeably uneven. I’ve had bad haircuts before, but never one this disappointing, especially right before my birthday. The staff are good people, but my honest advice would be to stay focused, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure all barbers are properly trained. For $50, the quality of this haircut was simply not acceptable.

I went to this barbershop today and had a great experience. The shop has a welcoming vibe and everyone was professional. Jay took his time and really paid attention to detail. He’s talented and knows what he’s doing. I appreciate his work and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

As a mother of two little boys I am very picky about where we go and who cuts their hair. I appreciate how welcoming the staff was when we entered , despite being busy each looked up to smile. When my kids feel comfortable I feel comfortable. The lighting was great, the music was just right , and the shop was spic and span! My son felt right at home I could tell when he jumped into the chair. As the cut went along Jose asked how I wanted it and suggested I go for the more natural look, and I am so glad I trusted him ! My son’s hair looked great! I really appreciate how accommodating he was to both of my small sons. If they needed a minute to pause he was very patient . His reassurance, plus calm demeanor especially helped my youngest . He had a tough time sitting still and boy did Jose remain kind and gentle. Thank you for your time and skilled services , for their first day of school they looked fresh to death! See you soon!

I’ve been to plenty of barbers, but Roberto really stands out. From the moment I sat down, he made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions to make the cut even sharper. His attention to detail is unmatched — clean fades, precise lines, and he takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect. On top of the skills, he’s super professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. Every time I leave the chair, I get compliments on my haircut. If you’re looking for a barber who delivers consistent, top-quality cuts, Roberto is the guy. Highly recommend booking with him!
