if you want to know why there is one star, you can come and get your haircut in this place, in case you have some important event planned and need a haircut, I do not recommend checking the veracity of this one star. I have never encountered such a low level of professionalism in my life, I had complete confidence that the master was doing a haircut for the first time in his life

This place has been around longer than you, and served the community for a very long time. If you're not familiar with it then you should open up your own barber shop. You seem knowledgeable (sarcasm)<br>Next time shave your head. Your one star is being drowned out by all our 5 stars. Don't come back. Shave your head next time. Lol ✌️

I don’t know what I was thinking walking into this barber shop yesterday. It took under 5mins for the gentleman to finish my haircut and later stated that he had little to no experience with cutting hair for black people-it was quite apparent in what he did to my hair. With the benefit of hindsight I wouldn’t have walk in there. The lack of experience was not as much of a concern as his lackadaisical approach to the job. It almost felt like I was a bother to him as I kept telling him to either level the hair or trim somewhere better. Simply put, I could have done a better job by myself in front of a mirror. If you are a black man or have curly hair like myself I would advise you go to a barber with an experience in cutting that type of hair. I’ve had to wear a hat the whole of today and will do so for the coming weeks just to allow my hair to grow back a bit. This man had no clue and is not humble enough to admit it…it’s all about the money. This advise might not apply to most of his clients for obvious reasons so I’m addressing the select few who might make the mistake of stepping in that shop. Be advised. Thanks

For your information there are no men working at the barbershop. So I don't know what you talking about. I think you have the wrong barber shop. No need to give a one star rating knowing that you're in a neighborhood that is white. It was your mistake to not ask if we have experience cutting afro American hair. With that being said that's a lack of intelligence on your part to assume everyone knows how to cut Afro-American hair. I'm not humble enough to speak my mind with no issues if I needed to. But you were a fidgety complaining customer. And i wish your next barber the best of luck with you because as soon as you Sat in the chair you already had in your mind that I was doing a bad job. It makes me wonder why you didn't go to your own barber shop? Maybe he got tired of your complaining? My ratings speak for itself. I'm not concerned about your business. You're not welcomed back. Seems like you like to give lots of places one or 2 stars looking at your profile, so I'm not worried. Bye bye. See ya never.

My son has be coming here to the same barber since he was 2 years old. They've been nothing but absolutely professional and they do a great job with doing his hair. 6 years later, we've moved out of the neighborhood but always come here to get his haircut

Clean barbershop. Staff are adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines. Wearing masks and cleaning the chair and customer hands before being seated. Only two customers allowed in a at time with proper social distancing. Must call before

One of the best barbershops I have ever been to! Bob and his crew are super kind and friendly and the quality of the haircut's is amazing. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation

Probably the best barber shop around. Barbers are very professional and friendly. They do whatever you ask with perfection. I first gave them a try about 6 months ago, and have been visiting them since then. Great place, great people.

Simply the best in town. New place looks amazing. All three of you are artists. I don't care it takes me an hour just to have Anastasya to cut (fix) my hair. You are the best!

I have been getting my haircuts from Big Bob’s for 30 years. Everyone that works here is a pleasure to deal with. Look forward seeing everyone when I get my haircut. I bring my son and they treat him so kindly. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. The Best. Al
