Got a cut by my ma Johnny. This is my first time out here and he took me as a walk in + a discount. Not only are the vibes amazing in the shop, it’s clean, barbers are friendly, and truly love their craft. You come for a cut, stay for an amazing conversation, and leave completely satisfied. I would recommend this barbershop to anybody whether you live in the area or not. Thanks again Johnny!

I had an amazing experience at Barber Doc & Co. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the vibe was perfect — the background music set the tone and made the whole experience even better. Allen is an incredible barber with real talent and great attention to detail. Not only did he give me a clean, sharp cut, but we also had a great conversation the whole time, which made the session feel comfortable and enjoyable. I walked out feeling fresh and confident. Allen showed up late to our appointment and spent all of 20 minutes on my cut. Messed me up so bad I had to give my bangs a trim myself when I got home. Maybe just a bad day for him? But pretty unacceptable for a $50 service. Nice guy but I won’t be coming back.

I live in Canada but work in NY off and on. Earlier this year I got off work early and needed a haircut. They were open and had had an open chair when I walked by. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the time spent to make sure not a hair was missed. I went back to Canada and I have never recieved so many compliments on a haircut in my life (I'm 45). It made me feel great. This week I'm back working in NY and just had another top notch cut . I love this place. It's not fancy or pretentious but maintains a nice level of class. The guys are all really nice and enjoyable to converse with. I highly recommend giving them a shot for your next cut.

Went and got my haircut with Allen today after my friend recommended. Excellent service and a very personable barber! I got a mid taper fade and left the top long. Allen was friendly, quick, and professional the entire time. His blend for the mid taper to my long hair on top was seamless and he has good attention to detail. The hot towel at the end was a really nice touch and reminded me of the first barbers I went to when I was growing up. Thanks so much Allen!

Just moved in the area and needed a haircut and found this shop, didnt wait long at all. Met one of the main barbers there Allen who gave me such a fire cut!! He is a very cool guy and now my barber! The vibe of the shop was so cool and they played such nice beats. Even gave me a hot towel massage which felt amazing. Definitely recommend this shop!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always forget to take pictures for my reviews but buckle up anyway. First time visitor that was referred by a local friend with specific taste when it comes to who touches his head. Had the pleasure of getting my cut from the owner of the barbershop (Johnny) and here are my takeaways: Atmosphere - if you like the “classic barbershop feel”, this place is a vibe. No TVs that I saw, just some good, old-fashioned human interaction. Only 4 chairs so very intimate space and mirrors all around to make it easy to see the progress being made throughout the cut Hospitality - Johnny introduced himself and asked for my name so that he could address me by it during my visit. He took my coat and hung it at the front of the shop and then proceeded to ask what I was looking for. Very attentive and regularly checked in to see how I was liking what he was doing and adjusted when asked. He wanted to make sure I left happy. Patience is 10/10. The cut - 10/10. Johnny did not disappoint and glad I got a solid recommendation as I was in town for a wedding. Johnny kept me engaged the entire time in a natural and organic way - people skills were 👌🏼and wasn’t awkward whatsoever. Johnny is definitely the kind of person you want in the friend group - positive mindset and very friendly. If I’m ever in Brooklyn and need a cut again, this is my spot. Thanks again, Johnny!
