Gabrielle is hands down the best barber I’ve found in the city. I struggled for a while to find someone who really understood what I wanted, and he completely nailed it. He takes the time to actually listen to his clients and checks in throughout the haircut to make sure you’re happy with how it’s coming along. That level of attention and care really sets him apart. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely wants you to leave with a great cut.

Gabriel is the real deal! He's an artist with incredible attention to detail and vision. He was very comfortable with my curly hair, and worked closely with me to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend and will be back.

Best barber experience I've had in nyc in 10years. Gabriel took his time and made a very nervous customer feel comfortable. He has tremendous skills and provided expert advice. I feel very fortunate I got my wedding haircut here. A similar barber skills and experience in wb would be $120+. I would pay that for Gabriel, but he only asked for $65!

I have had both short and long cuts with Gabriel and I completely love the cut and the experience. I first saw Gabriel in Greenpoint several years ago and have now followed him to his Williamsburg location because he is that good. I just had a "new year's transformation" -- went from shoulder-length hair to a crew cut and Gabriel was the perfect person to do it. For this latest cut I was a little unsure of what I wanted -- I brought in a couple reference pics and he expertly advised me what would work best with my hair type, and voila, it was done. For fades he has a couple different tools so that he can really get the hair down to the skin for that "000" feel, which I love.

Gabriel is a phenomenal barber and the real deal. I've been to a lot of barbers over the years, but his combination of skill, precision, and calm professionalism makes him unique. He works with a steady hand and takes his time to get every detail right—the kind of barbert that genuinely cares about his craft and takes pride in sending you out the door looking sharp.

Just got another great haircut at Bandit Barber. This was my second cut with Gabriel and once again he absolutely nailed it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft, from the precision of the cut to the quality of his scissors and blades. I really appreciated how thoroughly he cleans and preps his tools before each client, it shows a high level of professionalism and pride in his work. The attention to detail and consistency keep me coming back. I’ll definitely be back for many more cuts.

Gabriele is extremely good. He’s the first barber that actually asks me to play with my hair and give feedback, and then adjusts. Very very good barber. He’s also just a great guy overall, and the ship is clean and nice. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment. Showed up. Had another person ten minutes passed my scheduled time. Fine. But when done, he took some other guy, even though I had an appointment. Walked right passed me, even though I was waiting outside the door for 20 minutes. Sent an email and left. When I got home, the $80 charge for my haircut went through - when that guy was finished with his hair cut. Can’t speak to the haircut, but this experience was not it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Hello KYLE !
Your review doesn’t reflect what actually happened. You didn’t show up . You never checked in, never came inside, and never announced yourself! We also called several times with no response.

Standing somewhere outside without saying anything , is not the same as attending your appointment.

Please keep your frustration out of review section, it doesn’t change the facts.
Gabriel is like an artist and hair scientist combined. I came to him prior to my wedding and now try to make my way out there even though I live almost 45 minutes away. He knows as much about hair as a doctor knows about the body. Beard shaping and fixing is also pretty magical so get it all done by him.
