Recently moved to the area and was looking for a solid barber, particularly one skilled with beards. That’s what led me to Momin, and I’m glad it did. He was an absolute pleasure to work with—soft-spoken, clearly passionate about his craft, and great at listening. I like giving the barber some creative freedom within my general guidelines, and Momin delivered an outstanding result. Easily the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Came in today on a friend’s recommendation and had a great experience. Victoria did an excellent job — she listened to what I wanted and the haircut turned out exactly right. Nice atmosphere, good music, and professional service. Definitely recommend this barbershop and will be coming back

From the second I walked in, I was greeted very kindly and was asked if I’d like water or coffee. Service was first-class, wait time wasn’t long. I came on not knowing exactly what I had wanted, but I was shook how great of a job was done—no picture, nothing—. I wouldn’t consider another barber to go and and recommend it to everyone of my friends and family.

bakha is the boss, literally. i have thick, wavy hair which most barbers have trouble with but he knew exactly how to cut it. he has a great eye for detail and would continuously touch up tiny areas that were missed. it’s also rare to encounter a barber that fully pays attention to your instructions but he remembered everything. hands down one of the best haircuts i’ve ever gotten.

Beyond great ! Great staff my son got his first hair cut here he had extremely long hair and the guy who cut his hair was very nice especially patient with my 7 yr old autistic son and my husband also got his hair done here I definitely recommend coming here for kids and adults

New barber shop in Brooklyn on 5th Ave, between Prospect and 16th. My husband and I were driving by and he decided to go in. They did a great job and actually listened to his request, not to cut the top, just a clean up / shape up. They offered him a wax which he did, nose and ears, and to my disappointment, it was painless lol... He looks so handsome, he'll definitely be going back...

Bakha is the man! Great service - great space. I now take my 8 year old to get cuts with me too. Don't hesitate to go get a haircut or beard trim at this great new barber shop, with an experienced barber.
