First time and last time, I walked in to ask if they were open and the lady gave me a attitude. My question was if she was able to take people or not. I didn't know if it was appointment only or not. If you have never been here, don't go here. New people are not welcomed. Lady in the picture is their disrespectful worker.

very spectacular haircut Jackie did amazing job for me. I’m very particular how I like my haircut, but Jackie fit all my needs and give me a haircut that I knew made me feel confident.

Jaqcue is one of the best barbers i know. she always makes my hair look amazing every time, even though her competition is cheaper. she still does a much better job for the price. you get what you pay for! i will continue to be a customer here.

Terrible barbershop, the cuts are fine but the very rude woman working there charges insane amounts of money and the cuts come with a side of attitude from her. She will try to rob you by convincing you to wash your hair (extra $10 for a two minute wash) or opting for a scissor cut (she won’t tell you until you’re rung up that it costs extra). Save your time and money and go to a normal barbershop where you get a properly priced haircut that comes with a smile.

When I walked in, I was blown away by the fact that her haircuts are almost double the price of everyone else's, but I was already in the chair when I saw her price list. After she already started the haircut, she tells me that that price doesn't include a scissor cut in the back and only a buzz. I agreed because I'm not in the mood to pay $45 for a $10 haircut.Walked out having paid the most I ever paid for the worst haircut I ever got. This was my second time visiting, but when she asked me if I've been there before, I told her I wasn't. She used that information to change the amount of work she does for the money. The first time I was there, she gave me a full scissor haircut for the same price. She has to keep raising her prices because she keeps losing customers. I'm a singer, guitarist and keyboard player for a band and I would like my hair to be somewhat normal. I walked out of here with a military style haircut. TOTALLY NOT WHAT I EVER WANT. This lady is just lazy and she also needs an attitude adjustment. No surprise she works there alone. I'm certain that nobody wants to work with her.

I was so glad to find Avenue N Barbershop open on a Sunday! Especially since my schedule doesn’t allow for weekday appointments. I had a very pleasant experience there and a lovely conversation with Jacquee, the barber and owner. I found her to be precise and attentive to detail with the clippers and I was very satisfied with my haircut. I will look forward to returning when it’s time for another buzz! Thank you Jacquee!

All I can say is great thing's. Best Barbershop in that I've went to in a very long time. Make sure ask for Jackie she does great work, and takes her time my hair came out perfectly. 5 star all around town price is right and have parking in the front will be back!

Professional clean attentive simply amazing! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a barber with substance! Yes, they are Cool and Hip, but there is more to a great Barber... It's not easy finding a good barber nowadays, nevertheless Great one, I just got lucky with Jack and his incredible team Kaquine and the guys! Jack and the barbers do an amazing work, they treat everyone like a movie Star! My son absolutely loves this place, he gets Lollipops at the end of his hair cut, and treated like a young man. I appreciate the time detail and skill Jack and his team puts in, nothing feels rushed! Besides that it's a very clean professional atmosphere and they play great music while you wait! What else can I say this place is awesome!😍💯 They trim beards, do bachelor specials, facials- if you ask for it, hot towel shave with a blade, and much more!!!!

There are two barbershops within one block of each other and a woman/sometimes men salon. Avenue N Barbershop is for the younger crowd. They know how to cut, shape up and do all the fancy stuff guys like. In walks a 68 year old who just needs a cut, one to make him look a bit younger. There are four seats and a variety of Barbers. So far I have had 4 of them. The two young ladies do a really meticulous job each with their own style. One of the guys was all scissors which I really appreciated. The last cut I got there really made me look great. Everyone has their own style and each and every time I was happy with the cuts. So for that reason I come back. They also treat me really well as an older person. Cuts cost $15 and I give them a nice tip.

Been coming to this place for years. The service is always outstanding, the online appointment system is flawless, and I’ve never left disappointed. It doesn’t matter which barber you see, they all follow the same ethics and are experienced with any style. Always fresh and clean. Give them a try!
