Horrible service.. barbers were very rude to me. I walked in and they told me to come back at 2pm thinking I'll sit by then. I still had to wait around until almost 3pm to get a haircut. Worst of it all, 30 mins of that was just the barbers sitting down and eating shawarmas and talking like they don't have work.. Ali mainly runs the show there and he shows absolutely no ounce of customer service... I was talking to someone who was also waiting and they said it's been like this more often recently.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN ... And I home no one else does. Don't give your money to people who don't deserve it

This used to be a 5 star review but dropped it down to 2. They get an extra star for good haircuts but lose 3 for the horrible service. For the past 2 years Ali has gotten ridiculously ruder, doesn't follow his appointments and plays favorites. Stopped coming here and never been happier. It's a cmshame because he's a good barber, just very rude and unprofessional

Man the young dude that works there I think it’s Ali’s brother, is TERRIBLE and completely disrespectful. I feel bad for leaving a terrible review because Ali seems like a very nice person but his brother is really just an awful person. His haircuts are HORRIBLE and he acts wayyy too cocky for the garbage haircuts he gives. He’s going to drag Ali out of business I can promise you that. I’ve never in my life seen just a horrible human being.

The best haircut my kids have gotten in NY. T is meticulous and skilled. My husband’s haircut was also amazing. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Ali's Barbershop at 7716 5th Ave, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, with a great vibe. Ali is a true professional! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type. The haircut I received was exactly what I was looking for—perfectly executed with attention to detail. I also appreciated the reasonable prices and the fact that they had a variety of services available. Whether you’re looking for a classic cut or something more trendy, I highly recommend Ali’s! These guys are the best. These are premium haircuts that would be much more expensive in other parts of the city. Incredibly consistent, there’s no mystery about what my haircut is going to look like. Started going to Ali over a year ago and never looked back.

This place is super friendly. Everyone in the shop is attentive, and they are super accommodating. I've done two walk-ins, one for myself and one for my one year old son. Both times excellent experience. They cut my son's hair with a lot of patience and the haircut ended up looking very nice. Would 100% recommend off just off their customer service though. Never been to a friendlier barber shop!

Great barbers who really do their best to satisfy their customers. The brothers are all very friendly and although the wait can be long on the weekends, always an interesting flow of customers who know that they are in the right place for a great haircut. Best in Brooklyn for sure!

Good barbers, they take their time to work on your haircut and they do a good job. It can get crowded so if you don't have an appointment, which it seems you can make with your own barber only, then prepare to wait a while. Prices are compatible with others around the neighborhood.

Best barbershop hands down!! I drive from a different borough just to get a cut or shape-up. They are very clean and accommodating. The customers here are from all over, it's very diverse and comfortable to just walk in and get a cut. They don't rush you and take their time each person. This is a family business and treat customers like family as well.
