I decided to visit Trim Haus Barbershop after I read the reviews about Benny. What really made an impression was his online professionalism. His response to the one negative review I read caused me to give him a try. I visited last Thursday. It was a challenging week for all of us due to an extended bitter cold that persisted after a major snow storm. His business suffered from frozen pipes, so he had to adjust his business hours. I tried to visit him several times before Thursday, and he was patient with our back and forth. Thursday arrived and he felt bad for over booking. He confused me with another gentleman. Thankfully, a few things happened: 1. Benny made time to accommodate me 2. The gentleman agreed to come back later that evening 3. Another gentleman with a scheduled appointment allowed me to go ahead of him (he appreciated my loan of a laptop charger for his phone) Benny gave me an excellent haircut! He is great with scissors! I wanted a more mature haircut and he definitely delivered. His price is very fair for what he provides. Lastly, Benny really understands how to interact with his clients. We had a pleasant conversation, but he recognized that I am one of those men who enjoy being silent while experiencing the haircut itself. It has been a challenge to find this since moving back to The Bronx. I will gladly go back and make him my new regular barber. I learned firsthand why one reviewer said their family makes it a trip to The Bronx whenever a haircut is needed from Benny. Note: My selection of $30-40 is due to the tip I gave him.

Benny gives the best haircuts in the Bronx! The shop is a warning, inviting place that always has good laughs and conversations. Tell everybody I meet to go there!

I just wanted to say a few words about the best haircut experience I’ve had at Trim Haus Barbershop. From start to finish, the professionalism and friendly atmosphere stood out. The staff are not only highly skilled but genuinely approachable and welcoming. They’re exceptionally patient with kids, which is a huge plus for families like mine. I’ve always found it challenging to cut my son’s hair at other places, but Trim Haus makes it comfortable and safe. My son leaves looking sharp and, more importantly, calm and happy. It’s clear they care about both the cut and the experience. Highly recommend Trim Haus Barbershop to anyone looking for a top-notch cut with a warm, kid-friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be back! Really good experience at Trim Haus Barbershop. Shpati did an awesome job with the haircut .Super chill guy, easy to talk to, and he knows what he’s doing. The place has a cool vibe, clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back next time I need a cut. Highly recommend him.

Second time getting my hair cut with Sphat and Benny. Once again, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Benny is very charismatic and he'll make you feel very comfortable while cutting your hair. With his skills, he'll make you feel more confident after leaving the shop. Overall, 5/5 experience. For the price as well, you can't get better service than what these people offer.
