Tony and G give a perfect haircut in 11 minutes. 12 if they're not busy. Friendly, old fashioned type of Barber shop. Wait is short or nothing because they are so efficient. There is easy parking 2 blocks down the hill, on one of the side streets.

I've been back several times and always get a great haircut at a great price. And even with a line the wait is not long. I always have an easy pleasant experience.

I’ve been going here for years and Tony, a North Riverdale institution, is great. He puts up with all (or dispenses) those jokes like hair today, gone tomorrow. Old-world atmosphere, with 70s songs playing on the radio and People Magazine. Not least, with his skillful touch, you leave with a good haircut!

Tony's Barber is a great north Riverdale haircutting institution! I suspect everyone goes to this place, from the padres and rabbis to the wisest bosses and everyone in between. Here is the secret: it is the only place in the five boroughs (i.e., NYC) that still does a better-than-average men's haircut for $20. Everywhere else is $25, and it is usually amateur night with them. Not with Tony; he and his partner are pros. I usually tip them $5, so while it still costs me $25, it is better than $28 for a bad cut. If you want a cut, Tony's got you. ✌️

Neighborhood barber shop. Tony & G are good at there profession. Very attentive to the cut you describe. Prices very reasonable. Small deli next door if you want something while there.

This barber shop is the last true classic shop in NYC ! . The barbers are amazing . Tony has been my barber for over 25 years , a master of his craft and a gentleman . This place receives high praise and it’s well deserved ! Thank you Tony and G !!!!

Best place to get a cut, I’ve been looking for years for a good barber and I finally found a shop that can do it properly. They remember you and the type of cut you like great price too. Can’t ask for much honestly cool guy and pretty fast! Greatest barbershop I’ve ever been too.
