My husband booked online and was charged prior to his visit. When he arrived the barber present was cold and looked at my husband like who you. And then goes on to tell him oh the barber(Nestor) you booked isn’t here and don’t know if he’s coming. My husband had to request he find out. Left him sitting there without any communication. Until my husband asked if he was coming and he said no. He was issued a refund but the lack of hospitality and consideration for his time is just messed up. We had high hopes because this establishment came highly recommended.

Great barbers. Great service. Very polite and hospitable. I definitely recommend them. I took my son to get his 1st hair cut and it was too bad. He barely cried.

The Barber Factory is hands down one of the best barbershops around. Nestor, the owner, is not only incredibly talented but also one of the friendliest and nicest people you’ll meet. He makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. His staff is just as great—super attentive and skilled at cutting all types of hair with precision. The shop itself has an amazing vibe that makes you actually look forward to getting a haircut. If you want a clean cut, great energy, and top-notch service, this is the spot! Best Barbershop in the Bronx.!!!

The owner, Nestor, is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked and paid $58 online for a haircut and beard trim scheduled for 1:30 PM on January 15. I arrived 30 minutes early, only to find the shop’s gate down. I asked a neighboring store owner if this was typical, and they confirmed it wasn’t. One of Nestor’s barbers was also standing outside in the cold, unaware of his whereabouts or if he was even coming in. Despite calling multiple times over four days, all I got was vague responses like “Nestor will be in later.” Nestor never contacted me, even though he had already taken my money. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back for services that were never provided. This experience was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

My favorite Barber shop since they opened over a decade ago in the neighborhood. Comfortable and the Barbers are always working and not on their phones like other places. You can also set up appointments during the pandemic which is excellent and smooth for me since I'm only off one day of the week. Keep up the good work and good vibes yall bring to the neighborhood.

This place is like family. Nestor the owner is a class act and contributes heavily to the community. I have attended and represented very important health seminars they have held at his barber shop and individuals ask questions and educate themselves if needed .We need more model business men and companies like this. Very proud of The store success. Bernard is my guy. love him. lol

Excellent barbershop! I will definitely be back. I got a great haircut and hot towel shave from Nestor, who was a great barber and a pretty funny and engaging guy. The other barbers working also seemed to be really good, from what i could see. And they have an online appointment system that even handles the payment, so that's nice if you want it. Really nice place, good prices, and good people. Can't wait for next time!

This place is the best barbershop in the Bronx. Has a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Prices are great and service is even better. You can easily make conversation with anyone in the barbershop. Or if you’re in a rush it’s also a great place to get a fresh cut and be in and out. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a fresh and professional looking haircut.

Vlad is excellent with children especially my son who is Autistic and He is very creative doing designs. He's an awesome barber and person.
