We waited 1.5 hours (they knew we were waiting ). Not one person communicated with us and then someone walks in and sits in the chair and they take him. They said he had an appointment which is understood however I should’ve been told that when I walked in. It was inconsiderate and a complete waste of my time.

We have switched over to Haircut Time by chance , needing a haircut and was in the area. Now we go out of the way to come back! My son says they’re gentle and the haircuts are “his style “. Very clean and everyone’s been very nice too

David is a skilled barber and does great work, but be careful with the billing. I was told my haircut would be $22 and added a $5 tip, but the receipt showed $28. When I brought it up, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, they made me feel awkward for asking about the difference. It’s not about the dollar—it’s about honesty and good customer service.

I'm sorry we didn't explain this, but there is an additional 1$ fee the machine charges. This extra fee goes to the company who owns the machine. It's out of our control.

I had a wonderful experience every time I came for a cut. They’re always so professional and make by hair look beautiful. Everyone is patient and they’ve helped me decide what type of cut I wanted to do. Really a great place for all your hair needs.

Not happy with the “owner” the girl that did my hair was very nice and did an amazing job, she was very professional and did what I ask her to, that’s why I decided to come back but when I had to pay the “owner” for the second time over charged me the girl said one price and she added $10 more which is ridiculous not going back there! My son asked for a design and the “owner” did something completely different. Again I’m not happy with her work!!!! The girl that did my hair was amazing and I feel bad that I can go to her anymore.

I am from out of town and I stopped by this plaza for a slice of pizza. It was on a Sunday and I needed a haircut bad. I walked in and I was greeted by a beautiful lady who sat me right down and got to work on my hair. She was full of smiles and delightful conversation as she cut my hair. If i lived in the area I would definitely be back. This is a great place!!

Well it's the place I look forward to every end of the week. Amazing service and professional barbers, and the service is what we call being treated like a king. I love this place and i would advise anyone to use this spot. And the prices are reasonable

I had a great experience with some old friends today at Haircut Time. Flora and Susie are the best barbers around. The new place is warm and welcoming! I’ll be back as a regular customer for sure!! If you need a great haircut this is your place!

I am so happy for the new owners. This is a great place the waiting area is nice and comfortable. Suzan is fantastic with my two year old and he does not like haircuts. She is patient and understanding. The prices got increased a bit, but the haircuts are worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.
