I was going to this barber for awhile, ever since I moved out to Vegas. I would give instructions on how to cut my hair verbally and even thru text message before I arrived describing what I needed done and how I needed it done. My beard should be cut ✂️ wide like the first photo below. I explained to my barber that it has to be wide and not low. I don't want it to look like my beard is running🏃♀️ off the bottom of my face. Even after telling him, everything I go back it would get worse. Not only would he pull my beard lower but it wouldn't be straight[like the second photo], and would swoop down into my jaw(which is incorrect and doesnt look attractive at all). I was giving him grace but now I can no longer go here after explaining what I needed in person/in text, with photos and all. Seems like he just wanted a extra person in the chair to make money from. I even would give 20$ tips out of respect, still no change in how bad my beard was being ruined. The people in the barbershop in general are nice overall, I just had to find another barber because I paid for a couple cuts here that were questionable.

My 4yo is on the spectrum and has a difficult time with new people and especially busy places. Deivis was extremely patient and kind to my son and made him feel comfortable immediately and constantly checked on him to make sure he stayed comfortable. The great haircut was a bonus! Definitely will be back.

I’ve had good experiences here, I’ve had different barbers each time, & everything always came out great. And they were able to fix a really bad haircut that was done elsewhere on my son. Just waiting for his hair to grow back so they can continue to give it better shape. & I like that they aren’t overpriced for a good cut.

5 Star Barber Shop! I have been coming here with my son, and we are ALWAYS greeted with a welcome in! They do ask if you have an appointment, or a walk in, and I’d say 8 out of 10 times you will be sat in a barber’s chair immediately! Not like many barber shops in town where the Barbers feel like movie stars and sit on their own barber chair strolling on Instagram… Here, they offer you their attention, and ask if you would like a cold bottle of water. Very respectful, and talented barbers. My 16 year old loves to get his cuts here.

Have been coming to this shop a couple times only because the first time I went I got a really good haircut and beard trim and lineup but recently the service has been horrible. Haircut is always bad and rushed they don’t know how to properly align a beard as you can see in the pic it is all uneven and the guy trimmed too much so now it doesn’t even look like a beard. This is definitely the last time I’m going there.

My son has been asking to go to the barber for a while. He wanted a specific cut that only a barber could do. I took him in today and Deivis was our barber. He did an amazing job he was so nice, and did his job in great detail! My son is all smiles. We stopped at the grocery store on the way home and 4 people stopped him to compliment his new cut. I highly recommend Deivis, and Universal Barber. Great atmosphere! Thank you!

First time I came here and I got my hair nicely cut in just a few minutes, didn't have to wait much. Barbers are friendly and they do a great job. From now on this is my go to spot to treat my hair and is very close to where I live. Definitely recommend! Update: I have come to this place since they opened and now I'm so disappointed. One of my sides was so messed up and I didn't see it until I got home. I'm never going back again.
