I’m a repeat customer and I’ve had it. Cuts aren’t that clean, braids aren’t that good. Almost always they’re both uneven, not aligned right, the braid thickness isn’t good, my taper is messed with.. The last time I went in August, her husband (barber shop owner) cut my fade and messed up my taper and I kept it to myself as there’s not much you can do to fix that after a cut. Last week I went and not only was my fade uneven & the braids were off centered, but I was charged for being 40 minutes late after my flight was delayed coming into Vegas. Devonna assured me 1. That is wasn’t an issue, I’m a repeat customer and she had nothing else except for 1 client that day. And 2. they wouldn’t charge me the cancellation fee. I had no issue paying the $45 and coming back another day for the services but she said to stay and she’d take care of me. I proceeded with my service after waiting 2 hours in the shop. The braids came out obviously crooked and when I reached out to Devonna today about the double charge that went through, she claimed “I would never do that, and next time please respect my time” with an attitude that came out of nowhere. Clearly showcases her lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. She lost a loyal customer and someone that would constantly refer people to the shop. It’s a shame because she really does her best, but it’s always subpar so I’m happy to move on from this shop.

Braiders Beware of this Guy!!!!!!!Absolutely false information I had 2 clients after you and also you were 45 mins late. This client doesn’t respect anyone’s time but his own. I will gladly give your business to a stylist who doesn’t value his or her time. Down talking me on a platform is very immature. If my braids are crooked then why did you keep coming to me sir? My ratings are what they are because people love and trust my work as well as my business. I corrected the issue and my braids weren’t crooked until you thought I was enforcing my policy. I would not touch this client with a 10ft pole Stylist, Braiders and Barbers!

Love, love, love my braids!!!! DeVonna did an amazing job. I got a really good feeling from the time I spoke to her in setting my appt up to the day of appt. She made sure that the style was satisfactory for me. She is a true professional. Thanks again, see you next time.

I went to get my hair done (4feed in braids) Saturday 5/20. The price was reasonable and Devonna was professional. I was also finished in a timely manner. Sometimes it can be stressful going to a new stylist but for the first time in a long time I was not stressed out and I love my hair.

My experience at the hair co was very welcoming and patient. Devonna did a great job with my cornrow braids, gentle and very neat work. I recommend this salon to poc who want a safe space and a community when it comes to their hair care needs.

I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanted to write one for The Barber Co. because my experience there was so great and Emiliono is friendly, he just keep asking if we satisfied for the haircut, and He’s has a gentle hand. I just like the way he cuts my hair and my son hair. The price is acceptable. I was so grateful and relieved when I found this place. I am so happy and comfortable now because I know a place where I can go to get haircut. Thanks again to Emiliono from The Barber Co by Rainbow and warmspring. Good customer service 👍🏽😊

I absolutely loved it here! I just moved from the northern part of town to the south and I was really struggling to find a place and get scheduled. Turns out I like this place more than my previous salons. The environment here is extremely professional, yet inviting to everyone. I recommend this spot to any age group , gender or demographic who wants a comfortable non judgemental experience that is sure to deliver. Cant wait to return. Also the location is in an excellent shopping center that has several cool restaurants. Its a safe and clean location. They still shampoo too! a real salon!

I gave 2 stars because this place has insanely good vibes. Good music, good atmosphere. However, I got literally the worst cut in my life. Came out looking like Jim Carry from Dumb and Dumber.

I had a little hair mishap & called and they got me in right away. Julian was amazing! His level of skill and attention to detail went beyond my high standards and the prices were excellent. Everyone was super friendly & I might have to make this my new regular place. Ask for Juliana he’s an artist!

So I just got my 6 year old son's hair cut here at Cutting Edge barbershop by barber Tee in the first chair. I was very nervous because there are a handful of bad reviews. Asked for a low faux hawk and got exactly that. His fade is blended in well and when my son asked for the top to be shorter Tee didn't hesitate to trim it down. I will be coming back for his future cuts. Thanks Tee.
