UPDATED REVIEW: I was in touch with Gabriel, the shop owner and he took the time to understand my experience and handled the situation in a way that made me feel heard and validated. Kudos to you Gabriel. I will try and book another barber in the future and give Perspective another shot as everything about the shop seemed great other than the unfortunate bad luck that I had of choosing the wrong barber. I will leave another updated review after my next experience. DECEMBER 2025 REVIEW: Unfortunately, Makani was the worst and most unprofessional barber I’ve ever had. Not even close. I booked with him 3 times. Very first appointment, he cancels on me last minute. I know things happen, so I’m gonna be understanding. When I finally get my haircut, the line on the fade is too harsh. Just not blended well at all. It’s all good tho. Makani is a nice guy and he seems to be trying, so I just explain to him that next time I want the fade to have a little longer gradient. To be more gradual. I’m a new client, so I know there’s gonna be a period where he learns what I’m looking for. I’m appreciative of the effort and want to start things off on the right foot. I tip $15 on $45 to let him know all is good. Next cut, I go in, and I show him the same photos as the first time plus a couple of other images off the internet to remind him what I’m looking for. I’ll post those photos and images here so you can see what he saw and judge for yourself if he did a good job. Bro trims this crazy whacky inch deep curve into my temple on both sides! It’s wild! I’m so shocked I just walk out in disbelief. I don’t wanna get into with him in the barbershop. When I get home I take pics and send them to him and tell him as kindly as possible that I feel like he cut into my hairline too much and I’m hoping I can come back in after a week or so to get that part blended in some. He tells me that he was just trying to do what I wanted from the photos. He also says that my hair isn’t very dense in that area so he had to push it up a bit to get a straight line. I NEVER had ANY issues with my old barber that I was with for over 6 years. Not once. And this guy is telling me my hair isn’t very dense in that area and that he had to do this crazy ridiculous hairpin F1 track turn into my hairline? Stupid, unprofessional, takes no accountability at all. But he does offer to blend it for me after it grows out a bit. I schedule the fix. He cancels last minute on me again. Photos of all cancellations will be posted. Once I do go in for a fix, he spends so much time giving me a full haircut. I appreciate that, but all I wanted was a 5-10min fix. I feel bad that he spent like 30min cutting my hair, so I tip him $20 on the fix. I don’t wanna take up 30min in this guy’s chair and him get nothing for it. I hope we’re good. I don’t wanna get a cut with him again, but the barbershop is literally a 2min drive from my house. It’s too convenient not to get my cuts there. And I don’t want insult the guy by booking with someone else when I really do think we can get things dialed in and we can have a good barber/client relationship. Decide to give him one more chance. I book wit him one more time. Dude cancels on me at the very last minute AND tells me that “if he’s being honest he thinks that maybe he’s not the right barber for me" and recommends two other barbershops in the area. This guy not only cancels on me a 3rd time, but he dumps me as a client. AND he suggests I go to two different barbershops. If I were the shop owner, I’d be pretty ticked about a barber at my shop referring customers that want to get cuts at Perspective to other barbershops. I told him not to worry about it and that I’d try someone else at Perspective, but honestly, after getting dropped by him, I’m straight up embarrassed to go to the shop again. What barber cancels on a client like that 3x, gets tipped well and client is understanding, and then drops a client last minute before haircut like that AND tells them to go to another barbershop? It’s messed up.

AJ did a fabulous job with my haircut. He was quick in understanding the style I wanted and he delivered swiftly. Would surely be back in the future and i strongly recommend this place. I walked in without an appointment and they still paid attention to me and had AJ attend to me immediately.

We love coming here. Both of my sons get their hair cut here and we’ve never had a problem. Every barber is professional and skilled in men’s styles and fades. My sons will only come here, they refuse to go anywhere else. Today my son got his hair cut by Sam/Sammy. :)

Just had my second visit to this barbershop and the atmosphere is always top-tier. From the moment I walk in, the vibe is welcoming and on point. Big shoutout to Justin (@jussfadez) — this was my second time in his chair and he consistently leaves me looking fresh and spiffy. 🔥 If you’re looking for a barber who knows what he’s doing, definitely hit him up!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and Bubs always takes great care of me. I’m usually hesitant when trying a new barber, but it’s always good vibes every time I come in. All the barbers are welcoming and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Overall, 5 stars all around!

We went through about 8 barbers before we went to Perspective and seen Rych. He cared about what my son wanted and spent quality time to execute. He’s the only person my son wanted to go back to. From what I can see the whole staff takes pride in their craft. The team is also welcoming which is important and missed in a lot of shops when new clients come in. Definitely check them out.

Stumbled upon this place when we needed to get my son a quick haircut for his school photos. That was over a year ago, and we still come to see Rych. Hands down, the nicest barber my son has had and my son always walks out with the cleanest fade! Not only is Rych great, but the overall shop has a great vibe. All the barbers there have Aloha and all seem to be down to earth good people. Highly recommend giving this spot a chance, they accept walk-ins and appointments!

Sam is definitely one of the best in the game! He’s attentive, detail oriented, professional, and extremely knowledgeable regarding all cuts, styles, and colors I have wanted to explore when I come to him. Time management is always on point and I never have to wait to get in his chair. Sam is quick and efficient with his cuts and my appointments are a smooth, streamlined process from start to finish. Quality work with clean and well kept tools that provide a consistent cut every time. He helps to educate me on best practices for hair, skin, and scalp health and is always up to date on current trends. Sam is a true gem, and one of the highlights of my day/week is leaving his chair feeling fresh and confident like I can take over the world!

#1 Barbershop in all of Vegas!! I’ve been coming to this barbershop since it opened, and it’s been amazing! Gabe always has me walking out looking like a brand new man. I get compliments on my haircut at least 1-2x a week, which speaks for itself. The staff here is super chill and welcoming. I just don’t see myself going to any other barbershop but here. HIGHLY recommend for those looking for a clean fade, just FYI make sure to book ahead because these guys stay busy!

Has to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perspective Barber Shop is hands down one of the best spots around! The vibe in the shop is always awesome—laid-back, welcoming, and full of good energy. The cleanliness is top tier, you can tell they really take pride in keeping the place sharp. Bubs is my barber and she’s absolutely incredible—skilled, talented, and detail-oriented. Every cut is on point, and she makes the whole experience enjoyable. The rest of the crew is just as professional and talented, which makes it a shop you can trust no matter who you sit with. If you’re looking for a barber shop with top-notch service, a great atmosphere, and people who really care about their craft, this is the place.
