Unfriendly unprofessional staff. I walked by the shop and thought I would come back after shopping for a haircut. Right then. A piece of gauze I had in my hand flew out from a gust of wind. One of the employees decided it was a good idea to come outside. Kick a pile of garbage at me and told me I had to pick it all up with a very aggressive attitude. Then decided to lecture me on trash disposal. Where there was clearly a pile of garbage and no garbage can to be seen for at least 100 feet. Definitely won’t come or or recommend them.

I went here and asked for a low taper and a design i showed her the picture on the left and i got the haircut on the right😭 The design doesnt even look close to the reference picture now i have to go out with this goofy design on the back of my head. Dont go to the young black women shes the one that gave me this atrocity of a haircut. Who on earth even hired this women because this cut is so bad and doesnt even look like the photo. In summary 0/10 cant go outside fr the next 2 weeks i need a refund bru wasted 40 dollars😭

For an old white man in a black man facility that cuts hair you would never know it. the people the owner is very good. It's hard to find a good hair facility in this town that don't hack on your hair. Find me 68-year Las Vegas native and I don't know what happened to this town but the quality of service and the quality of the Craftsman has gone to hell we used to respect everybody and everything love you all

Took my son here for a haircut, the guy didn't say one word to him was very rude. (The guy in the second chair,)My son (23 year's old) was in the chair waiting while the barber was on his phone, and did not cut the hair the way he was asked to. Worst Barbershop we have ever been to!!! The guy didn't seem interested in cutting hair at all, well maybe not my son's hair. Seem like you didn't want to be bothered !!!!! Now we have to go back to Cali to get it fixed if we can!! Please stop cutting hair if you won't listen to your customers!!!!!! What A wast of $30, my tip is .....!!!!!!.....cut hair like your asked to or say you don't know how!!! Then I could respect that!

I entered. I asked the man in the front of the shop if anyone is available for a haircut. He said yes just have a seat. I waited an hour and 45 minutes and they all kept taking walk ins while myself and another guy just sat waiting. The guy eventually left because he was there before me. The third barber said to him I’ll take you after this walk in cut that came after him. The man left. I waited 30 more minutes and left also. They don’t care if money walks out of their shop. That’s bad business.

I took my two kids here this Sunday before school I had been driving around trying to find a shop that can take my kids so last minute & after an hour of searching I stopped here & was given a realistic answer of how long the wait would be. It’s a barbershop always expect to wait. Me and my kids waited for their turns patiently, I believe Mike was his name he did an amazing job on both my sons. He was friendly spoke to them and joked around which truly made them comfortable. He confirmed what I wanted with their cut & he exceeded what I asked for. We will definitely be returning.

Update! So impressed. They cut my 1 year old. So nice and they are great with kids. Personable and prefessional. Great prices too.Haircut so good that my 4 year old knocked out.

Thank you Brian and Katrina for doing my boy's haircuts. The shop is very clean the atmosphere was great. My youngest said he gives Brian 10 stars for his cut, he said Brian was smooth and clam. This was our first time coming here and it will not be our last! Katrina thank you for taking your time with my oldest son, it's very hard to please him. I was nervous when all his hair was gone, yet Katrina educated me with my son's scalp not being able to breathe. Thank you both for the great customer service keep up the good work.
