Tried to book an appointment and the link takes you to a shop in Cleveland OH. Then try to book again through their website and the prices went from $40 to $60! $60 for a fade is crazy.

Our website doesn’t go to Cleveland, we are in Las Vegas and our site works fine for all of our customers <br>Our shop has barbers which are independent contractors each Barber is entitled to have different prices although we appreciate new business. We do not make anyone come to us if they don’t choose to we are not a low end barbershop . We are a high-end Barbershop. With quality to prove it Hope you have a great day.

Got to my first appointment here on time and was told they'd be right with me. Waited 15 minutes, then, as he's still cutting someone else's hair, I asked if I should reschedule. I got attitude right away, so I left with a wave. Then they charged me a cancellation fee! Awful service at Level Up. Avoid.

I go to Ray! But in complete honesty, I haven’t seen a bad cut leave that place since I got here from any of the barbers 🫡. Great vibes and love the diverse group of men and women professionals. Highly recommended! Walk in always welcomed and you won’t be disappointed.

Took my son here AGAIN…. he was worried about getting a different barber, since the last one was his favorite and did an excellent job!! This third time and third barber and my son said EVERY ONE he’s had is CONSISTENTLY SOLID!!! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This was my first time going to a Barber. I didn't make an appointment and they took me in. Make an appointment though. I didn't know at the time. I never had a straight razor shave before. J did a great job. The staff is cool. Taking sports etc. Definitely coming back.

We’ve been going to Level Up Barbershop for a while now, and Jamaal always does an incredible job cutting my son’s hair! The vibe in the shop is great – it’s friendly, welcoming, and has such a fun energy. All the barbers are warm and approachable, making it feel like a community spot. The environment is always upbeat, with sports on TV, good music, and a space that’s always clean and well-kept. Jamaal and the team really know how to keep customers comfortable and entertained. Highly recommend Level Up for anyone looking for a top-notch cut and a positive experience!

I wouldn't spend any form of money not even a cent at this barber shop at all. Their customer service skills are far beneath what anybody should be getting specifically for just calling to ask how much their rates are. The person answering me just said level up and I pause because I've never heard anybody introduce themselves and not matter and then they repeated themselves again as if I didn't hear them the first time. Then I asked them how much the rates were and they just said 40 if you got that as if implying the person speaking over the phone is not suited for their type of service. I would not step a foot through the door of this Neanderthal driven business and I hope that all of them reconsider the position they're in specifically when they're looking for new customers. Don't waste your money or time contacting this specific company because you're not going to get the service or the quality that you deserve.

I have been getting my haircut by Antonio for the past 10 years and he is the best barber I have ever been to hands down. He takes his time and does a great job every time. I have been to other barbers in the Las Vegas area and none of them comes close to the level of perfection and attention to detail that this shop offers. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to look their best.

Antonio has been my barber for 15 years. I've been on this journey with him as he prepared for this moment. Congratulations. Now for my review. This place is amazing. They have great services and the barbers are top notch. If you're looking for professional barber services, look no further than Level Up.
