XO just gave me a fantastic haircut. Nice tight fade with a baby smooth straight razor on the sides. Appreciated a great cut and great conversation.

😡🤬😡🤬 I called before going and was told to ask for XO. When I got there, I was told "he left" by the guy at the first barber station. So I think to myself he wouldn't be here if he didn't know what he was doing. Boy, was I wrong! Asked for 1.5 on top mid taper (wave length) for my hair type. I've been cutting my own hair for over 30 years now, so I knew something was off just by the placement of the clipper. News flash if I ask for a 1.5 and you put on a 1.5 guard or blade and cut atg 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ we now have a 1 on top ladies and gentlemen. I'm not too worried about the length, but rather this George Jefferson push back line-up. I'm attaching some photos. 1 shows what my hairline should look like, and the other 2 is what I got from that guy. Needless to say, that was a waste of time and $40. I wanted a week to allow the hair to start growing back so it's visible just how much he 🤬up.

Gotta say it was welcoming forsure, everything went well but I did not notice until I got home that my fade was off.... one side was more than the other side. 25 years of experience huh? and this happens? Not happy bro.

Without a doubt I'll be returning to iFade. -Great customer service -Good atmosphere -Clean shop XO took the time to ask how I wanted my hair cut. Gave his recommendations and I am extremely satisfied. Best cut I have had in years!

These gentlemen really know their trade, and their customer service is on point! We walked in just before they were scheduled to close and were welcomed warmly, seated immediately and given excellent fades. Thank you iFade!
