After I specifically told my barber I would like to keep the length of my hair on top and if he could take off my widows peak, he’s going to get scissors and cut off the length of my hair in the front near my forehead. My hair was sabotaged for no reason, I feel I want to hide away inside until it grows back! He was also very aggressive when picking out my hair when I already washed and picked it out myself prior to my arrival. So much that my head was getting pulled in the direction he was tugging & ripping my hair out. DO NOT get your hair cut here. I was very disappointed that another African man couldn’t properly style African & Native mixed hair. His name is Ahmath Tamim or Mark Fredericks on his Zelle account. This is what I get for trying to support my community, next time I’m getting it cut by the Mexican barbers.

Shoutout to Byrd and the whole shop. Even though Emmanuelle cut my hair, Byrd made the experience better just by the environment he helps create. The shop is clean, stylish, and has a really welcoming vibe. What stood out to me most was the conversation — not just the usual barber shop talk. Everyone was entertaining, cracking jokes, but also dropping real knowledge. I actually walked out having learned a few valuable things just from listening. The even thought I looked like Don Cheadle or Eddie Murphy. It felt more like a community space than a regular barbershop. Good energy, good people, and a place you actually enjoy being in. Respect to Byrd and the team. I’ll be back.

I’m out here for vacation/a wedding and they were able to get me in and give me a great fade and beard trim, I strongly recommend these guys to all, hours are great and people are great

Loren has a great business. You can tell they take pride in their work. I've gotten about four haircuts from him, and they always come out on point. His crew is always positive and friendly. Highly recommend!
