U have to schedule an appointment online, and it ask to pay tip in advance, well I did, and when I showed up it was closed, then I asked for a refund through their Facebook, it’s been months now, still haven’t responded.

Very unsatisfied with my son haircut. The shop wasn't cIean or up to standards. I asked for my son hair to be taper not faded. The hair cut is totally uneven and a mess. After the hair cut normally the barbers wipe your hair line clean with rubbing alcohol my son didn't receive that. My son is autistic so he wont sit long. So the whole process was totally unsatisfying and felt like it was rushed. Do better

Good morning, first of all I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to serve you yesterday. Most importantly I would like to apologize to you for your displeasure in the service provided. We take responsibility for all of our work and if you were unhappy we will try to remedy the situation. The barber your son had was new and as for all of us when we are beginning a new career we tend to make mistakes. Sometimes in the explanation of what is wanted the disconnect between the barber and client can begin. Him being a new barber and your son being autistic leaves room for some misunderstanding. I wish you would have expressed this sentiment after you checked his hairline, I would have explained this and also you would not have been asked to pay. As to the cleanliness of the shop it was the end of our business day and we were doing some electrical work, hanging lights in the barbershop. Go here, don't go on base. $30 for a good haircut. If you try to cheap out, like me, you'll pay your $17.50 on base and then afterwards you'll be paying this gentleman to fix their hackjob anyway. First pic on base, second City's Best fix (if that wasn't obvious).

The best barbershop by a long mile, don’t live in NJ but had the pleasure of getting my haircut@City’s Best when I was visiting family. Dre is an exceptionally talented barber, he gave me an excellent cut and I’m super impressed. Good value and a great atmosphere in the barbershop also, cheers City’s Best.

I’ve recently relocated here, a friend referred me to the shop for myself and son. We absolutely love it here. Our barber “Q” is very professional and extremely detail oriented! Very kind and not to mention the facials are on point! “Tish” is very sweet, professional and genuine. The shop overall is warm and welcoming, we’ve definitely found a new home!!

Durango cut my son's hair even though he was super busy. He understood by taking one look at me that I was super stressed about not being able to find an open barbershop and told me not to worry. This place is great!! And I can't thank them enough for making time for us.

My daughter has been begging me for 2 years to cut her hair short and I finally said yes. After some searching I found this barber shop and made an appointment (super easy process by the way). Hands down she’ll never have another barber as long as Durango is here. He listened to her and had the skill to give her EXACTLY what she asked for. We seriously couldn’t be happier. And did I mention Natisha got excited with us and offered to wash my daughter’s hair to make sure the curls were right? Excellent customer service. Family vibe. Highly recommend.

My husband got his haircut here. He walked in and was able to get it done quickly. His barber did an awesome job of cutting his hair and making the edges very straight. He also did a great job of fading his hair too. Great and nice people work here. It's a little bit expensive but for their skills it was a decent price.
