Not sure what’s going on at this place, but there are obvious problems. You can book Moe on Booksy even if he isn’t there which ends up meaning that you turn up for an appointment with no barber there… Has happened twice now so won’t be back. Shame as the other guy tried his best to accommodate and gave a good cut, but there was stress as two people were there at the same time with one barber. Surely if you know the barber isn’t going to be in, you must be able to block out the ability to book him???

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for several years because Moe does do a good job with the actual cuts. That said, there have been a few too many mix-ups for me. Moe has had to reschedule a couple of times, and not always just because he was sick—other reasons were involved too, which made it a bit unpredictable. The last straw for me was showing up for a scheduled appointment today only to be told that Moe wasn’t there, with no idea of when he might show up. I waited a bit past my appointment and nothing, no show, no email, no call. Also, there was that time I got charged twice for a single visit, and clearing that up took way too much effort which I had to do through my credit card. While the quality of the haircuts is undeniably good, the overall reliability has been lacking. It’s just gotten too frustrating to deal with. Hopefully, he can sort these issues out for others in the future. I'm moving onto a new barbershop. Update: Downgraded because even after trying to reach out and leaving this review, no one reached out to make things right. I made the right call to move onto another business. If you look at the recent reviews, you'll see there's been repeat incidents where customers are showing up and Moe nor anyone is there. Completely unprofessional.

I have been taking my son to Has for a while now. He absolutely loved his haircuts. I scheduled an appointment for today (Monday, 8/26) and the appointment was accepted. When we showed up (a few minutes early) for our 10:30 am cut, the place was locked and appeared to be closed. I thought that was a bit strange. I didn't receive a call and, when I looked online, it appeared the shop was open on Mondays. I tried calling and nobody answered. This was disappointing.

Moe is an artist. Your haircut will evolve over several days, and keep looking great even a couple weeks later. Your haircuts will get progressively better each time you go back, as he learns more and more about your head shape and how your hair responds. He also meticulously trims up unwanted ear hair and unruly eyebrows. If you are looking for an immaculately clean barber shop with an uptight vibe, go elsewhere. But this is the best haircut I have found in NJ or NY.

Brought my 4 year old son for a haircut here for the first time, and Moe did an amazing job! Great price too compared to some of the other kids’ salons in the area. Will definitely go back!

Thank you so much. As a father is 3 and having one boy. I really know how to deal with kids. Some kids are afraid of haircuts because other barbers sometimes don’t know how to be gentle to them. Patience is a virtue. Your child was wonderful!

Amazing haircut from Moe, worth every penny, looked just like the picture I showed him. Would highly recommend 10/10. He used a multitude of tools and shaved facial hair. Was very gentle and thorough. Nice fade.

A fantastic barber experience, I would say Moe is the most skilled barber I have experienced. He's energetic, friendly, and clearly very good at his job. He was swapping out various grooming tools without even blinking. Came in with very shaggy thick hair and left with a very stylish haircut, truly a professional groomer! Also was able to book online which as a night shifter is very convenient. Would highly recommend

Moe was very professional and did a wonderful job with my son’s haircut. My 3 year old had previously received a poor haircut from another place and Moe took his time to make sure that my son had the perfect haircut. Moe corrected my son’s hair and we walked out so happy with his beautiful haircut. We enjoyed the personal experience and professional service and will be going back again.

My two sons (now 6 and 10) have been going for a haircut with Moe for more than a year and I would not go to a different place. Moe is very meticulous about his job and can do whatever style you want. He has also been very patient with my younger one. Look no further for a great haircut.

Moe is the best barber in existence, hands down. He is an artist, and his hair cuts are amazing. I've been going to him for years before he opened sir barber and his service has always exceeded my expectations. His prices are reasonable and an excellent value - even if I get just a haircut, Moe makes it seem almost like a spa experience. I also take both my two young boys to him - I used to take them to kid cut places but he does so much of a better job with them and at a much better price. My 7 year old now gets a sharp cut just like the big guys. My only regret is not meeting Moe in my 20s...
