Wally is that guy! We’ve been trying to connect for a couple weeks now since I recently moved to Jersey! He made sure to squeeze me in the second he could and it was prompt professional and tbh one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten! Definitely will be back!

Been going to City Image for awhile. Talia is great. I always walk out feeling like I got just the right cut. Talia is attentive to detail and makes pleasant conversation. I have moved out of the area but will try my best to schedule a haircut when ever local.

Had a pretty bad experience here. I’m sure this is a fine barbershop, but the one dude messed up the entire time and disregarded what I had asked for. First off, I came here a week beforehand for a walk in. I get told that I had to have an appointment because there’s only one barber working that day. I said I could wait after the person they’re doing is done. The lady replied that there’s other people’s appointments and that I should come back tomorrow. Not to mention there was no one else there and not a single car in that entire parking lot. So I make an appointment and asked for a fade with a longer fringe. I go there and the barber is having a hard time understanding me, and I’m having a hard time understanding him. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted he looks at the picture and says he can do it. I even asked if he is comfortable doing this cut but he didn’t answer me. After some time, I noticed he isn’t cutting my hair, right. I explain to him in the simplest way I could what I want and don’t want because he was cutting too short on the front and not enough on the sides. He comb part of my hair down and cut it way too short in the front at this point it was a lost cause for what I was going for. I just told him do whatever you think would look right. Dude, pretty much gave me a bowl cut with a low taper and shaved off the side of my where my beard is. Any barber that’s proud of their work would show all around what they did. My barber didn’t. It wasn’t till I got home that I noticed some uneven and shaky spots that needed to be touched up and some that need a few days if not weeks to grow back. Real shame this had to happen, because I had high hopes for this place. especially as a first time customer. It’s crazy too, because there are photos of other customers that had gotten exactly what I asked for and they look Great. For some reason this guy just couldn’t do it right. Be careful who cuts your hair because one messed up can turn into a disaster.

First time stopping by today. Gentleman named Bernardo cleaned my hair up nicely, and had a great conversation. Friendly, clean atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
